Let’s Not Elect This Lady

Kamala Harris is supposedly the Democrat’s top presidential candidate for 2028. It’s early. A lot could change. I hope so.

On May 14th, The Rubin Report posted an article about some of Kamala Harris’ ideas if she becomes President:

The article reports:

Former Vice President Kamala Harris took part in a Zoom call Tuesday evening in which she laid out the Democrats’ future political playbook and called for a “no bad idea brainstorm.”

Harris then kicked off the brainstorm with several ideas that many voters, particularly conservative and traditional liberal Americans, would consider among the worst ideas. Harris, leaning into far leftist rhetoric, called for abolishing the Electoral College, packing the Supreme Court and giving Washington, D.C., and Puerto Rico statehood. 

Her remarks, which lasted about 10 minutes, came during a nearly hourlong discussion held by LaTosha Brown on behalf of a group called Win With Black Women. Harris declared that the “United States Supreme Court had gutted the Voting Rights Act” with its recent ruling that congressional districts should not be drawn according to the racial makeup of a given area. “They are trying to take the power from the people,” Harris said. The failed 2024 presidential candidate’s solution is “Supreme Court reform,” she said, specifically calling for “expanding the court.” 

The article notes:

Harris has not declared herself a 2028 candidate for president yet, but she is behaving like one. At a speaking event in Las Vegas last week, Harris blasted President Trump and called the war with Iran “bulls**t.” At an event last month in Michigan, Harris unleashed a wild 20-minute-long rant in which she claimed Trump was the “most corrupt” president “in the history of the United States” and was forced into attacking Iran by Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.

A few days earlier, she posted a video on social media bemoaning rising gas prices, but critics were quick to point out that gas prices under the Biden administration shot up much higher than they have since the war with Iran started. 

Some polls have shown her as the frontrunner to be the Democrat nominee for president in 2028, but a poll released this week showed Harris in third place, trailing AOC and Pete Buttigieg. Watch a clip from Harris’ remarks below and watch her entire appearance on the Zoom call here. 

Any one of these three candidates becoming President would be a nightmare!

Who Really Lost In The 2024 Election?

On Wednesday, The Federalist posted an article about the losers in the 2024 election. Obviously, Vice-President Kamala Harris lost, but there was another bigger loser.

The article reports:

In the early hours of Wednesday morning, legacy news networks were already sliding toward 2016 levels of melting down about the increasingly definite prospect of a presidential victory by Donald J. Trump. For them, Harris’ stinging defeat is personal — because it’s just as much a defeat for them as it is for her.

The corporate media industrial complex has spent Donald Trump’s entire political career trying to destroy him. Hand-in-hand with triple-letter government agencies and Democrats, they ran a hoax painting Trump as a Russian stooge based on ridiculous rumors commissioned by his opponent’s campaign in 2016. They continued to spread the lie for the duration of his presidency, awarding each other Pulitzers for it. And they’ve only ramped up their efforts since then.

The problem they’re reckoning with tonight is this: those efforts didn’t work. They’re no longer able to control Americans by controlling their information intake, because their credibility is farther deep-sixed than the Clinton family’s enemies list.

It is a sad day when media members who lie are awarded Pulitzer Prizes and not forced to return them when it is revealed that they lied.

The article notes:

Since the last presidential election, the media have screeched incessantly about Trump “inciting an insurrection” at the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021. They made documentaries comparing Trump to the Ku Klux Klan. They portrayed Trump as the ringleader of a terrorist attack and not as a president who gave a speech and urged his supporters to protest peacefully.

Tuesday night’s results are a resounding indication that Americans didn’t buy it.

With help from a debunked story planted in The Atlantic, the media made Trump out to be a “fascist” and routinely compared him to Hitler. When Trump held a gangbusters rally at Madison Square Garden, they screeched that he and his supporters were obviously Nazis because they gathered at the same venue that Nazi sympathizers once rented — along with Frank Sinatra, the Rolling Stones, Elton John, Billy Joel, Beyoncé, Bill Clinton, and Jimmy Carter.

The article concludes:

If the past eight years — and the first few hours of cope-streaming from TV Wednesday morning — are any indication, the legacy press isn’t planning on repentance. They don’t feel obligated to represent Americans; they feel entitled to control them. The loss of that control is making them apoplectic.

Kamala Harris is only the second-biggest loser of the night. Her media shills are nursing wounds that will take far longer to recover from. After all, they were always the ones fighting the hardest to bring Trump down — and after eight years of it, they’re skulking away weaker and more humiliated than ever.

Why should anyone trust anything the mainstream media says after the way they have behaved for the past nine years?

There Are Good People…

On Monday, Alan Dershowitz posted an article at Breitbart about some recent ads put out by the Harris/Walz team.

The article reports:

On Monday’s broadcast of Newsmax TV’s “The Record,” Harvard Law Professor Emeritus Alan Dershowitz reacted to 2024 Democratic presidential candidate Vice President Kamala Harris running ads with different messages on Israel aimed at different groups by stating that Harris “basically is saying there are fine people on both sides of what happened on October 7.”

Dershowitz said, “Well, she basically is saying there are fine people on both sides of what happened on October 7. She has praised some of the protesters who have called Israel’s response genocide. It’s like saying there are fine people on the side of 9/11. No, there aren’t. There are terrorists, and there are democracies. And she has to give the same message in Michigan as she does in Pennsylvania, and she risks losing everybody on the ground that she’s a hypocrite. And she has given messages out of all sides of her mouth on so many issues. But, on this issue, it’s so important, and she doesn’t have the courage to stand up. And [Walz] has been much worse. He has pandered to the protesters in ways that are completely unacceptable.”

The article notes:

This is not a two-sided issue. The attacks came from Hamas. Israel is doing everything in its power to avoid civilian casualties. Hamas — according to a message captured by Sinwar — said he wants Israel to kill more Gazan civilians so that their reputation around the world will suffer and they’ll be pressured into coming to a resolution that favors Hamas. So, Gaza knows — Hamas knows what it’s doing. And every single death in Gaza is the fault of Hamas for starting it and for hiding behind human shields. And that’s what the American policy should be.

Israel is essentially fighting our war on terrorism while we are not fighting it. We owe them all of the support we can reasonably give them.

An Interesting Turn In The Campaign For President

Follow the money is a principle that works in a lot of different settings. In politics it sometimes tells us who is behind certain policies and laws, and in business it sometimes explains decisions that seem to have no logical basis. In elections, it can provide information into what a campaign’s internal polling numbers are telling them.

On Tuesday, Townhall reported:

While we’ve been saying that this election will likely come down to seven key battleground states, and it still could, former and potentially future President Donald Trump is enjoying momentum so strong he may not just win in most or in all of those states, but in other states not traditionally considered to be battleground states. Now, in the final days before the election, there looks to be more states seriously in play, and it looks like Vice President Kamala Harris knows it too, which may explain why she’s pulling her ads from North Carolina markets.

The article concludes:

This always was going to be one of the potentially trickier swing states, given how other than Trump’s win in 2016, it’s gone for the Democratic nominee every year since 1984. RCP still has Trump leading by +0.5, while Silver has Harris up by +0.4 there, though the state has trended Republican as well, by +0.3 over the last week and by +1.5 over the past month. 

Beyond the polls, though, the momentum from the Trump campaign is undeniable, as is the panic from the Harris campaign. As Kinnett himself has predicted, we could very well end up finding out the results by the very next afternoon after Election Day, with Wisconsin a win for Trump and Virginia coming close to it.

There is a lot more early voting this year than usual. Part of that is due to what happened on election day in 2020 when election machines failed and people waited in line for hours in some states. Part of that is also due to the Trump campaign’s encouraging voters to vote early. It will be interesting to see how many people will have voted by election day and how quickly the votes can be tabulated.

When The Rhetoric Is Ridiculous

On Tuesday, Breitbart posted an article about some of Vice-President Kamala Harris’ comments on Tuesday night in Washington, D.C.

The article notes:

CLAIM: Vice President Kamala Harris claimed that former President Donald Trump “sent an armed mob” to the United States Capitol on January 6, 2021.

VERDICT: False.

The article reports:

While speaking from the Ellipse in Washington, DC, on Tuesday night, Harris delivered her closing statements. In her closing statement, Harris claimed that Trump had “sent an armed mob” to the U.S. Capitol on January 6, 2021, though the riot had started even before Trump finished speaking.

“We know who Donald Trump is,” Harris told the crowd. “He is the person who stood at this very spot nearly four years ago and sent an armed mob to the United States Capitol to overturn the will of the people in a free and fair election. An election that he knew he lost.”

I guess there are people who believe that, but it is a false and slanderous statement.

The article explains:

As Breitbart News’s Bradley Jaye has previously reported, Trump has previously “countered that not only did he authorize additional security after protesters entered the Capitol but in fact had requested and approved National Guard troops in advance”:

Trump countered that not only did he authorize additional security after protestors entered the Capitol but in fact had requested and approved National Guard troops in advance — information which was omitted by Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s anti-Trump J6 Committee.

“I was all set to bring in the National Guard,” Trump said, bashing the committee for only releasing information strategically to damage Trump. “They heard that, they say them coming, and they left immediately.”

Breitbart News’s Joel Pollak has previously reported that former New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie (R) ended up walking back a claim that Trump “incited” the riot on January 6.

Pollak noted that “the question of incitement” was key to Democrats’ argument against Trump during his second impeachment trial, adding that Trump’s defense team, at the time, pointed out that the riot had already started prior to Trump finishing his speech:

The article concludes with President Trump’s Twitter post from that day:

“I am asking for everyone at the U.S. Capitol to remain peaceful,” Trump wrote. “No violence! Remember, WE are the Party of Law & Order – respect the Law and our great men and women in Blue. Thank you!”

As more and more information is revealed, we are learning that the riot was incited by people with connections to the deep state. That really shouldn’t surprise anyone.

Why The Secrecy?

On Wednesday, Guy Benson posted an article at Townhall wondering why CBS News is so reluctant to release the full audio of its interview with Vice-President Kamala Harris.

The article reports:

As we recently outlined, it has been a damaging, credibility-harming few weeks for CBS News.  The network violated its own debate rules with a disputed-to-misleading ‘fact check’ of JD Vance at the Vice Presidential debate, then cut off his microphone as he calmly picked apart their assertion.  Their morning show was thrown into chaos when some employees melted down over an anchor asking pointed, tough questions of an anti-Israel zealot, resulting in angry recriminations, tears, and a series of embarrassing leaks.  Then there was the curious 60 Minutes edit of Kamala Harris’ answer regarding US-Israeli relations, which looked completely different in a teaser clip, compared to what aired on the broadcast itself.  As a refresher, here’s the side-by-side juxtaposition:

Neither answer really said anything!

The article includes a quote from The Federalist reminds us why President Trump was not interested in sitting down for an interview with CBS News:

During the interview [with Trump] — which aired on Oct. 25, the week before the 2020 election, and garnered nearly 17 million views — longtime anchor [Leslie Stahl] flat-out denied that the Biden family was under any sort of scandal at all. The interview was so combative that the Trump campaign released the full raw footage before network publication. “He’s in the midst of a scandal,” Trump said in reference to emails from the laptop revealing Joe Biden was lying about involvement with Hunter’s overseas business ventures. “He’s not,” Stahl said, interrupting the president to outright dismiss the criticism. “He’s not, no.” Stahl went on to deny that then-Vice President Joe Biden spied on the Trump campaign in 2016, and claimed Hunter Biden’s laptop couldn’t be verified.

We all know that was lies. The other part of that story is that numerous sources have claimed that there was child pornography on Hunter’s laptop. Why has he not been charged for that? The mainstream media is not the friend of the American people.

A Tale Of Two Administrations

On Thursday, Victor Davis Hanson posted an article at America Greatness about the current presidential campaign. The records and beliefs of the two candidates are very different, but some of the talking points don’t reflect that.

The article reports:

Now Harris asserts that Trump is a “fascist,” a “dictator,” and “unfit” for office. But this new talking point will also not stop the Harris campaign’s hemorrhaging—and for a variety of reasons.

First, voters see the election as a conflict of two absolutely antithetical visions.

On the one hand, is the prior Trump 2017-20 concrete record: border security, no major wars abroad, calm in the Middle East, a deterred Russia, Iran, and China, low inflation, low interest rates, lower crime, lower taxes, strong deterrent military—and opposition to mandatory electric vehicle mandates, biological males competing in women’s sports, and the woke/DEI agenda.

On the other hand, is the Biden-Harris 2021-2024 record: the unchecked entry of 12-20 million illegal aliens and a destroyed border. People still struggle under Biden-Harris’s earlier hyperinflation and high interest rates. The horrific regional wars in Ukraine and the Middle East continue. Biden-Harris embraces the unpopular DEI/Woke agenda.

Harris herself knows that the Biden-Harris years were a failure. That is why she has shed almost all of their hard left-wing agendas—policies she has embraced for much of her adult life.

So suddenly, in the last 90 or so days, Harris has completely flipped and flopped.

Now she is for more of, not defunding, the police. She pivots for a secure border, not 20 million illegal aliens pouring across it. Harris brags about fossil fuel energy, not banning fracking, and for increasing, not cutting, defense.

The article reminds us:

Trump and the Republicans never coercively removed the party’s primary-winning nominee. They did not nullify the will of 14 million primary voters. And in backroom fashion, they did not anoint a candidate who had never entered a single primary in her life.

Nor did Trump support packing the Supreme Court. He does not seek unconstitutional means of destroying the Electoral College. He is not demanding an end to the Senate filibuster or the creation of two new states to obtain four partisan senate seats.

Third, as for Trump being “unfit” and lacking “decorum,” it depends on what were the Biden-Harris standards?

Having a trans activist reveal his breasts on camera at a White House “pride party?”

Biden’s reportedly calling Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu “a f—ing idiot” and “son of a b—ch?” Bragging about locking Trump up, while waging lawfare against him?

The article concludes:

The election will not be decided on these empty talking points or fake media-generated narratives.

Instead, only two criteria matter: Which candidate’s past record and current agenda best appeal to voters? And which candidate seems the most authentic and genuine?

If the voters are informed and the election is honest, President Trump wins.

California Here We Come (or Not)

One way to determine where a presidential candidate will take the country is to examine their past record. Uniquely, we have clear evidence of what we can expect from former President Trump and Kamala Harris. The evidence about President Trump could not be clearer: low inflation, cheaper energy, high employment, lower mortgage rates, secure borders, and few international conflicts. One way of determining where Kamala Harris will take us is to examine what has been happening in California, which clearly reflects her socialist principles and values, where she was the Attorney General.

Let’s take a look. As a comparison to California, I will use North Carolina, which has benefitted from conservative leadership consistent with what we can expect from President Trump.

There is an old and valid saying that people vote with their feet, meaning that when able, they will choose to live where conditions are most favorable to their standard of living. California has been steadily losing population in spite of a steady influx of illegal immigrants. Over 500,000 residents of California have left the state over the past couple of years. The percentage of immigrants is California (a sanctuary state) is 27%, as compared to 9.2% in North Carolina. It is well known that a country can only absorb a small number of immigrants and still maintain their essential cultural integrity. Another issue is the destruction of their cities, like San Francisco and Los Angeles, due to the out-of-control homeless population. California, due to its lack of enforcement of vagrancy laws, has the highest number of homeless persons, at 172,000, in the entire country. North Carolina reportedly has just over 9,000 homeless. The homeless in California are notorious for illegal drug use and dealing as well as property crimes and other crimes.

Besides these population factors, there are many economic factors causing people to exit California. For example, the median price of a home in California is an astounding $807,000, compared to $336,000 in North Carolina. Similarly, the state income tax in California is 13.3%,  compared to 4.75% in North Carolina. Sales tax in California is 7.25%, and 4.74% in North Carolina. In spite of these much higher taxes, California has managed to accumulate a debt of $73 billion, whereas North Carolina has a budget surplus and a rainy-day fund. The cost of energy shows a great disparity with gas in California at $ 4.64 as compared to North Carolina at $2.96. Cost of electricity is 29.5cents per kWH as compared to North Carolina at 13.0 cents. There are also many regulations in California that have caused a closing of many businesses and retail stores.

The reality is that the conditions in California are the result of socialist policies and actions that have effectively destroyed one of the most successful and prosperous states. The facts are clear. If you want to keep this country from becoming another California, you know what to do. It is essential that you get out and vote to keep this from happening to the entire country.

When The Truth Leaks Out

On Monday, Scott Johnson at Power Line Blog posted an article about a comment made by Vice-President Kamala Harris at a recent political event.

The article reports:

Vice President Harris in response to a heckler screaming that Israel is committing “genocide” “Listen, what he’s talking about, it’s real. It’s real. That’s not the subject that I came to discuss today, but it’s real and I respect his voice”

Israel is not the one committing genocide. Israel did not disrupt the peaceful existence between Israel and Gaza by killing innocent civilians at a music festival and in their homes. The October 7th invasion left Israel no choice but to defend itself against future attacks (which we now know were planned).

The article continues:

Whose side is Harris on? We think we know. It’s not Netanyahu she has a problem with, although she has a problem with him. It’s Israel and its defense of itself from the genocidal maniacs confronting the country on seven fronts whose ultimate source is Iran.

Levine quotes the former United States Ambassador to Israel David Friedman:

“Kamala Harris just publicly validated the false and vicious accusation that Israel is engaging in genocide,” David Friedman, a former U.S. ambassador to Israel, told The Post Saturday.

“Many, including myself, always suspected that she held this warped, antisemitic view of Israel’s self-defense against Hamas barbarism. But the cat is now out of the bag,” he added.

“Her view is as ignorant as it is malign. … To give credence publicly to this disgusting blood libel disqualifies Harris from holding any public office, let alone the presidency,” he said.

Former Israeli Ambassador to the United States Michael Oren comments on X:

A very dangerous precedent. I was disturbed to view the video in which Vice President Kamala Harris appears to confirm the charge that Israel is committing genocide in Gaza. This is the first time that the White House has been linked to a libel which threatens Israel’s legitimacy and security. I call on the U.S. administration to issue an immediate and complete denial.

Vice-President Harris is condoning the same sort of anti-Semitism that led to the concentration camps of WWII.

When Your Advice And Actions Backfire

On Friday, PJ Media posted an article explaining how the Obama-Biden-Harris foreign policy of enriching Iran may have actually helped Israel. Because of the large amounts of money freed up for Iran and the loosening of sanctions of Iran, Iran was able to increase its terrorist funding and terrorist activity in the Middle East. That increase was noticed by its Sunni Arab neighbors. That increase probably paved the way for the Abraham Accords. The article reminds us that President Biden was giving advice to Prime Minister Netanyahu during the period after October 7, 2023, and Prime Minister Netanyahu was wisely ignoring that advice. The article notes that President Biden has been wrong on every foreign policy issue since he has been in public life. The war in Israel is no exception.

The article reports:

Kamala Harris might’ve said that Iran is America’s greatest enemy, but the trio of Obama-Biden-Harris did more to strengthen Iran than any U.S. presidents since the overthrow of the Shah. From secretly sending planes with hundreds of millions of dollars to Tehran to sending over a BILLION+ more (in untraceable cash, no less), they were the financial pipeline that kept the mullahs in power. Most remarkably, this Unholy Trinity actually spearheaded a plan to legalize the Iranian nuclear weapon program!

In fact, under the original deal, the sanctions restricting Iran’s centrifuge usage would have expired in 2026, and by 2031, so would the limits on the amount of uranium Iran is allowed to develop and use. (But Iran pinky-swears they’ll be good.)

Basically, Obama-Biden-Harris planned to allow Iran to get their nukes… but to make sure it happened when someone else was in office.

The trio’s utter ineptitude is absolutely astounding.

But here’s where things go full circle: This trio is so amazingly inept, sometimes their backfires backfire — and you get the best possible result. It’s sort of the reverse version of Murphy’s Law.

With this in mind, I’d like to THANK Obama-Biden-Harris for helping Israel make peace with the Arabs.

Because if they hadn’t worked so hard to strengthen Iran, the Abraham Accords never would’ve happened under Trump. Israel never would’ve made peace with Bahrain and the United Arab Emirates. Nor would they be partnering logistically and militarily with Saudi Arabia, Sudan, and Oman. Nor would they be on the verge of peace with most of the Sunni world.

The Obama-Biden-Harris Triumvirate strengthened Iran so dramatically that it actually scared the Sunni world into siding with the Zionists!

Perhaps this wasn’t ineptitude. Perhaps it was all deliberate and was the greatest example of 4-D chess in geopolitical history. But c’mon, folks: The is Obama-Biden-Harris we’re talking about. It was definitely, 100% ineptitude.

Even a blind squirrel finds an acorn occasionally!

Maybe Yahya Sinwar Was Not The Entire Problem

On Friday, Ed Morrissey posted an article at Hot Air about some of the statements made after the killing of Yahya Sinwar. Those who fail to learn the lessons of history tend to repeat the mistakes.

The article reports:

So much for all of the fatuous demands from the Biden foreign-policy team for Israel to declare an end to the war. Both Joe Biden and Kamala Harris made remarks yesterday cheering the death of Yahya Sinwar in Rafah, a city that both had warned Israel not to enter at all for most of the winter and spring. Both proclaimed this a great time to declare the conflict over, as did the State Department — and all aimed at getting Benjamin Netanyahu to stand down:

As both Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris celebrated Sinwar’s death, they also expressed hope that the moment would enable Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to declare victory in Gaza and bring Israeli operations there to a close, finally clearing the way to a hostage deal and easing the daily drumbeat of grim headlines: civilian casualties in Gaza, ongoing Israeli operations against Hezbollah in Lebanon, and a looming Israeli strike against Iran.

Biden’s statement made even less sense than Harris’, which at least sounded coherent. I clipped this strange remark from Biden in the Final Word post last night, but it’s worth considering here as well:

“This is a good day for Israel, for the United States, and for the world,” Biden said in a statement.

“To my Israeli friends, this is no doubt a day of relief and reminiscence, similar to the scenes witnessed throughout the United States after President Obama ordered the raid to kill Osama Bin Laden in 2011.”

The killing of Osama Bin Laden in 2011 really had little impact on anything except to bring some closure to the families of 9/11 victims. It really had very little impact on the war on terror–it was doubtful how much Bin Laden was controlling at that point.

The article notes:

Netanyahu isn’t the problem; Hamas, Hezbollah, and Iran are the belligerents that started this war. And all three have declared that they intend to keep fighting it even after the deaths of the leadership in both Iranian proxies. Hamas confirmed Sinwar’s death and reiterated his position that they would not negotiate on hostages until Israel withdraws from Gaza and pledges not to return:

Israeli hostages in Gaza will not return until “the aggression” on the besieged Palestinian enclave stops and Israeli forces withdraw, Khalil Al-Hayya, deputy Gaza Hamas chief and the group’s chief negotiator, said on Friday.

Hamas leader Yahya Sinwar was killed by the IDF, Hamas official Basem Naim confirmed on Friday, Israeli media reported. …

“Israel seems to believe that killing our leaders means the end of our movement and the struggle of the Palestinian people. They can believe what they want, and this is not the first time they have said that,” he added.

Israel did not start this war. I hope Israel continues it until all of Hamas is wiped out. Until that happens, there will not be peace. Israel is not the problem–nor is Prime Minister Netanyahu.

Another Consequence Of The “Inflation Reduction Act”

The Inflation Reduction Act was bad news. It did pretty much everything except reduce inflation. Now it is becoming clear that the law is going to have a very negative impact on the cost of Medicare Part D for senior citizens.

Issues & Insights reports:

Go to Kamala Harris’ campaign website and among the very short list of alleged achievements is this: “She cast the deciding vote to lower drug prices and cap insulin prices for our seniors.”

The only problem is that drug costs for seniors have skyrocketed since Harris signed that bill.

Harris is pointing to the criminally misnamed “Inflation Reduction Act,” which got zero Republican votes, and which was supposed to lower the cost of prescription drugs by giving, as Harris puts it, “Medicare the power to negotiate lower drug prices with Big Pharma.”

When George W. Bush established Medicare Part D, he let private insurers negotiate with drug companies over prices and then compete for seniors’ business. The result was a program that cost both seniors and taxpayers far less than government bureaucrats had expected, offered seniors a wide range of options, and had premiums that barely budged for more than a decade.

…Seniors next year will face premiums that are 57% higher, on average, than they were in 2021.

“Seniors in some states face even bigger hits to their wallets,” finds a state-by-state analysis done by the Heritage Foundation. “Under the Biden-Harris administration, Medicare drug plan premiums jumped by more than 90% in 10 states. Premiums more than doubled in three of those states (California, 122%; New York, 116%; and Nevada, 104%).”

And the number of plans offered has been cut in half. Which means less competition, which in turn will fuel further price hikes.

As the Congressional Budget Office noted in a recent report, premiums are shooting up “in part because the Part D redesign led to higher costs for those plans.”

…Here’s how the leftist news site Politico put it:

One of President Joe Biden’s signature domestic achievements is set to cause a significant spike in Medicare premiums for millions of Americans just ahead of the November election. Now, his administration is preparing to dole out billions of dollars to private insurance companies to blunt the impact of the increase.

The jump in premiums is a consequence of efforts to reduce what older Americans pay for prescription drugs, part of the 2022 Inflation Reduction Act. Insurance companies are on the hook for what patients used to pay and are raising drug plan premiums to make up the difference.

This isn’t a “signature domestic achievement.” It’s a scandal of epic proportions. And it gets worse.

Two months ago, House Energy and Commerce Committee Chair Cathy McMorris Rodgers issued a statement noting that not only is the “Inflation Reduction Act” costing seniors, it has led to a 35% increase in the cost of new drugs and the cancellation of three dozen research programs by pharmaceutical companies.

Vice-President Harris was the deciding vote on The Inflation Reduction Act–she broke the tie.

When Your Interviewer Won’t Let You Change The Subject

Last night, Just the News posted an article about Vice-President Kamala Harris’ interview with Fox News host Bret Baier. The article described the interview as contentious.

The article reports:

Vice President Kamala Harris declined on Wednesday to answer why the majority of the country believes the United States is on the “wrong track” after three and a half years of the Biden administration. 

The question was posed by Fox News host Bret Baier during the vice president’s first sit-down interview with the network. The interview aired during Baier’s “Special Report” and was conducted in Pennsylvania. It focused on top voter concerns heading into the general election in November, such as immigration and the economy. 

“More than 70% of people [say] the country is on the wrong track,” Baier said. “If it’s on the wrong track, that track follows three and a half years of you being vice president and President [Joe] Biden being president … Why are they saying that if you’re turning the page, you’ve been in office for three and a half years.”

Harris pushed back that former President Donald Trump has been “running for a decade,” to which Baier questioned what she meant.

“What I’m talking about is that over the last decade … it is clear to me and certainly the Republicans who are on same stage with me, the former Chief of Staff to the President Donald Trump, former Defense Secretaries, national security adviser and his vice president, one, that he is unfit to serve, that he is unstable, that he is dangerous, and that people are exhausted with someone who professes to be a leader who spends full time demeaning and engaging in personal grievances and it being about him instead of the American people. People are tired of that.”

When Baier pushed about more than half the country supporting Trump, despite Harris’ claims about people being tired of him, she merely stated that elections are “not supposed to be easy.”

The nearly 30-minute interview featured other moments where Harris and Baier spoke over each other, including on the more controversial topics like Biden’s mental acuity. They also kept interrupting each other on the first question, regarding border security and immigration.

There are various clips of the interview all over the internet. The bottom line is that Kamala Harris did not do well and her handlers are claiming that she was ambushed. The interview was so bad that President Trump has posted the full interview on his X account. This ‘lady’ clearly is not qualified to be President.

National Football Teams Do Not Endorse Candidates

A series of advertisements describing Vice-President Kamala Harris as the presidential choice of the Philadelphia Eagles football team appeared in Philadelphia on Monday. They are counterfeit ads–there is some question as to who created them. The Philadelphia Eagles have put out a press release denying that they have endorsed any candidate.

On Monday, Trending Politics reported the following:

A Philadelphia man could be seen pasting official statements from the Philadelphia Eagles that disavowed a series of pro-Kamala Harris ads that popped up across the city on Monday.

Early Labor Day morning, a series of pro-Kamala Harris ads that had been set up on bus stops across Philadelphia went viral on social media. The ads featured a digitally-generated photo of Vice President Harris in an Eagles helmet, complete with team colors and the official Eagles logo, alongside text referring to her as the, “Official Candidate Of The Philadelphia Eagles.”

…Not long after the ads went viral on social media, the Philadelphia Eagles issued a statement referring to them as “counterfeit” and not linked to the team in any way. “We are aware counterfeit political ads are being circulated and are working with our advertising partner to have them removed,” the team announced in an X post.

The article concludes:

“We are aware that several of our bus shelters located in Philadelphia have been vandalized and that the paid advertising copy in each of those shelters has been replaced with unauthorized copy,” Intersection Media said in a statement to Fox 29.

“While our bus shelters have locks that typically prevent the installation of unaurthorized copy by non-Intersection staff, occasionally people find a way to unlock the ad box and insert unauthorized copy. The unauthorized copy in this case implies an endorsement of Vice President Kamala Harris by the Philadelphia Eagles. We note that the Eagles and Intersection had nothing to do with the creation or posting of this unauthorized copy and Intersection staff will be removing the ads as soon as possible.”

A Futile Attempt To Rewrite History

The problem with the Internet is that anything posted can be looked up at any time in the future. That is a problem the Democrats are currently having with Vice-President Kamala Harris’ record of political positions and accomplishments.

On Wednesday, Breitbart reported the following:

The very same media that championed Kamala Harris as America’s new “border czar” in April of 2021, is now claiming she not only wasn’t our “border czar,” but her duties never included slowing the surge of illegal immigration at our southern border.

Here are the proven liars at the far-left PolitiFact (I don’t link misinformation) this week providing tackling assistance for Kamala: Nope, they say, she was never border czar. Nope, she was never in charge of decreasing the flow of illegal immigration:

Axios headline March 24, 2021: “Biden puts Harris in charge of border crisis”

President Biden is putting Vice President Harris in charge of addressing the migrant surge at the U.S.-Mexico border, senior administration officials announced on Wednesday … Her first goal will be stemming the flow of illegal migrants to the U.S. [emphasis added]

The following month, Axios went even further and told us this:

Vice President Harris said Wednesday she plans to visit Mexico and Guatemala “as soon as possible” in a diplomatic effort to address surging migration at the U.S.-Mexico border, Reuters reports.

The number of unaccompanied minors crossing the border has reached crisis levels. Harris, appointed by Biden as border czar, said she would be looking at the “root causes” that drive migration. [emphasis added]

You’ll note Axios flat-out tells us Biden appointed Harris “as border czar.”

Busted. Will Democrat voters care about the lies, or will they just vote for her because she is the Democrat candidate?

Finally Addressing The Obvious

On Thursday, PJ Media posted an article about the difference between the way the ‘summer of love’ Antifa protestors who burned down buildings and killed people were treated and how the January 6th protestors who did nothing but walk through the Capitol were treated. Evidently there are some people in our judicial system who want to restore equal justice under the law.

The article reports:

Finally a federal judge who believes in justice or something close to it. Could this be a crack in the dike of the tyranny of the DOJ? Is this the beginning of the end of Antifa pattern of violence and silence? We can hope.

To understand what’s at stake, let’s take you back.

At UC Berkeley in 2017, Antifa and their local black bloc franchisees set fires and rioted to prevent Milo Yiannopoulos from speaking on campus. 

The anti-free speech violent protesters set off munitions, broke windows, beat people, and scared the university away from allowing any right-wing speakers to be heard on campus—unless they paid for their own security. Antifa radicals, calling themselves By Any Means Necessary (BAMN), framed themselves as brave and heroic for silencing speech of people they detested at the very birthplace of the campus free speech movement.

It was the first round of the speech wars between people on the right who were trying to speak and those on the left who called them “fascists” while calling themselves “anti fascist” and using violence to literally shut them up. 

Several people were arrested for the melee, but guess who were the only ones prosecuted? 

In an opinion issued February 21, California Federal District Court Judge Cormac J. Carney stiff-armed the DOJs Terrorism and Export Crimes Section out of Los Angeles and nailed them for selective prosecution. The decision to dismiss the federal charges against two men who at some point became members of a group characterized as “white supremacist” was based on the fact that Antifa did as bad or worse that day and at other events where both groups were represented and Antifa wasn’t prosecuted.

This pattern continues as charges were dropped against those who participated in the ‘summer of love’ and Vice-President Kamala Harris asked people to contribute to the bail of the people who were arrested. We need to restore ‘equal justice under the law’ if our country is to survive.

What Are They Thinking?

On Thursday, Breitbart posted the following headline, “Poll: Biden Voters Want President to Debate Other Democrat Candidates.” Please understand, I do not in any way want President Biden to be re-elected, but putting him in a debate seems like elder abuse to me. This poll may be a reflection of what the mainstream media is not telling voters. The mainstream media may not be airing any of the many clips of President Biden not being able to navigate an exit from a podium or saying things that cause people to question his mental abilities.

The article reports:

A majority of voters who supported President Joe Biden in 2020 believe he should step up again and publicly debate other aspiring Democrat presidential candidates looking ahead to 2024, a poll released Thursday sets out.

A Redfield & Wilton Strategies poll carried out on April 30 for Newsweek found 79 percent of eligible voters who voted for Biden agree the Democratic Party should hold all-in televised primary debates, the outlet reports.

The Democratic Party has been criticized for the fact no debates are planned even after Robert F. Kennedy Jr, the nephew of the late President John F. Kennedy and self-help author and 2020 Democratic candidate Marianne Williamson have thrown their respective hats into the ring.

The former has already called on the president to meet him publicly on the debate stage, as Breitbart News reported.

The article concludes:

Despite the push by party membership for Biden to be open and public in meeting his challengers, the Democratic National Committee (DNC) has already decided it would not hold primary debates.

Biden would be 86 at the end of a second term if reelected, three years older than former President Ronald Reagan was when he disclosed his battle with Alzheimer’s in 1994.

I believe that the Democrat party leaders are currently working behind the scenes to remove President Biden in the next few months. That conclusion is based on the current evidence of crimes that is being released. Remember, nothing the mainstream media reports is by accident–they are the public relations arm of the Democrat party. The removal of President Biden sets the stage for the appointment of a Vice-President (when Kamala Harris becomes President). That appointment is the thing to watch–whoever is appointed to fill the Vice-President slot will be the Democrat candidate for President in 2024. The appointment has to be approved by the Senate which will be interesting. Since there will be no sitting Vice-President to cast a tie-breaking vote, all the Democrats will have to be in attendance and one Republican will have to vote for the nominee (probably claiming that approving the nominee will avoid chaos in our government).

This Is What Desperation Looks Like

I am not counting on the big red wave next week. I am hopeful, but not entirely convinced. Part of my hesitation to jump on board the celebration is the caliber of news that most of America listens to and the other part is my lack of confidence in an honest election. However, it does seem as if the Democrats are somewhat worried.

On Saturday, The Gateway Pundit posted an article that contained a recent quote from President Biden.

“I Don’t Know What the Hell They’re Going to Impeach Me For” – Biden Tells SoCal Crowd He’s Going to be Impeached if Republicans Take Back House

First of all, do the Republicans really believe they can get the Senate to vote for impeachment? This would be a really stupid move on the part of a new Congress. I know the two impeachments of President Trump were political theater, but let’s not copy the pettiness of the Democrats. Instead, let’s see if a new Congress can figure out a way to stop the war on fossil fuel, bring back American energy independence, and squash spending to curb inflation. Let the voters impeach Biden/Harris in 2024.

The article concludes:

Joe Biden’s list of impeachable offenses is so long that we don’t know where to start.

A few honorable mentions:

    • Illegal CDC eviction moratorium (Biden admitted on a hot mic it was unconstitutional)
    • Biden’s foreign influence peddling operation with his son Hunter and brother James
    • Biden’s illegal request that the Saudis delay oil production until after the midterms
    • Biden’s open borders policies and refusal to protect the border

I don’t argue that all of those things are impeachable, I just question the wisdom of actually impeaching President Biden and bringing in President Harris. I don’t think I can even imagine how much damage Kamala Harris could do to America when you consider how much damage President Biden has done in less than two years.

Is There A Grownup In The Room?

I love the idea of world peace–nations all getting along with each other. All of the nations embracing freedom for their people. I love the idea. However, history seems to indicate that a peaceful world consisting of free people is not likely to happen. Because of that, a world where force can be met by counter-force seems to be the best alternative. Nations need to be able to protect themselves. That should be obvious to most people. Evidently it is not obvious to some of our current leaders.

On Monday, The U.K. Daily Mail reported that the US will no longer conduct anti-satellite missile tests. The theory is that the self-imposed ban will become part of a goal to make it an ‘international norm for responsible behavior in space,’ If we put our space weapons down, other countries will put their space weapons down. We have a current example of how well agreements like that work–in 1994 Ukraine signed a memorandum that stated that if it gave up its nuclear weapons, western countries would protect it from Russian aggression.

The U.K. Daily Mail reports:

The U.S. government will no longer conduct anti-satellite missile tests, making it the first nation to enact such a ban, Vice President Harris announced Monday.  

The Biden administration is setting the self-imposed ban as part of a goal to make it an ‘international norm for responsible behavior in space,’ Harris said. 

The new declaration comes after Russia in November conducted an anti-satellite missile test to destroy its Cosmos-1408 satellite, a soviet-era spacecraft that’s been in orbit since the 1980s. 

The explosion generated a cloud of at least 1,500 pieces of trackable debris that threatened the International Space Station. China conducted a similar test in 2007, as did India in 2019. Such tests are highly controversial due to the dangerous debris they can cause – debris from an anti-satellite missile test can travel at thousands of miles and even a small fragment can damage surrounding space stations. 

Harris, who chairs the National Space Council, made the announcement during a speech at the Vandenberg Space Force Base. While at the base, the vice president received a briefing on the Space Force and the U.S. Space Command. 

Does anyone actually believe that Russia and China will follow the lead of America on this issue?

Ignoring The Rules When Convenient

The Biden Family crime syndicate continues to move forward with no concern about breaking rules that they previously applied to other people in power. On Thursday, The Patriot Journal posted an article about the glaring double standard upheld by the Biden family.

The article quotes Fox News:

President Biden’s younger sister will kick off her book tour Thursday night in Washington, D.C., ahead of the release of her memoir next week, which could create a headache for the White House as she continues to cash in on her brother’s political career…

The upcoming book tour and expected media blitz of Owens’ memoir about growing up as a Biden comes a little over a year after the transition team’s lawyers told Vice President-elect Harris’s niece she could no longer produce clothing or write any new books with Harris’s name or likeness, the Los Angeles Times reported in early 2021.

Well, not so fast.

The article at The Patriot Journal notes:

How interesting. Last year, the White House forced Kamala Harris’ niece to stop using her likeness to sell clothing. She was even forbidden from writing new books.

Yet that same standard has not been applied to the Biden family. Joe’s son, Hunter Biden, tried to make a splash with a memoir of his own. But it flopped.

Now, Biden’s own sister, Valerie Biden Owens, is literally using his name and likeness to sell her book. The memoir is titled, “Growing Up Biden: A memoir.” On the cover is a picture of herself and Joe.

The article concludes:

This comes after Jen Psaki claimed the Biden White House has the “highest” ethics standards. Yet they did nothing when Biden’s sister released this book.

How can anyone believe this book would be published if Biden wasn’t president? Why would anyone care about Valerie Biden’s life—if she wasn’t the sister of a vice president and “president”?

It’s hard to believe she is not doing this just to cash in on Biden’s name. Yet the White House is doing nothing.

And the Biden family crime syndicate rolls on.

Yesterday Breitbart reported the following:

Vice President Kamala Harris asked NASA if it could use its satellites to track trees “by race” in various neighborhoods as part of “environmental justice” during a recent display on climate change, leading many to ridicule the vice president online and even giving rise to a “Black Trees Matter” hashtag.

Harris, who serves as chair of the National Space Council, visited Goddard Space Flight Center in Greenbelt, Maryland, on Friday “to see vital climate science work.”

It seems to me that a very inexpensive solution to “tree inequality” would be to go into neighborhoods where there aren’t enough trees and simply plant some, but I guess that might not involve enough bureaucratic agencies.

The article includes many of the responses to Kamala Harris’ statements. Here are a few:

“I can’t get over the fact that ‘environmental justice’ and ‘tree equity’ are real phrases Democrats use,” wrote GOP strategist Matt Whitlock. “Reads like parody.”

…“I thought this was a Babylon Bee headline, turns out it’s our totally serious Vice President,” wrote Republican congressional candidate Leon Benjamin.

…“Too many White (Supremacist) Pines, not enough gender neutral Black Walnuts!” wrote a Twitter user, adding the creative hashtag: “#BlackTreesMatter.”

“Are we now headed towards #BlackTreesMatter?” asked another Twitter user.

…“Officer Harris is just trying to figure out whether trees are racist or not,” wrote yet another.

“Yes, the world’s most inauthentic, unnatural politician Kamala Harris made news yesterday by pressing NASA on its ability to sort trees by race as part of an ‘environmental justice’ push,” another wrote. 

“So the [vice] president Kamala Harris with NASA yesterday, able to ask any question about our universe, she asks if they are able to ‘track trees’ by race as part of ‘environmental justice,’” wrote one Twitter user.

“She’s going to keep dividing, nothing will stop them from creating a new, segregated society,” yet another wrote.

“So people no longer have biological genders but trees, a plant, have races?” asked another. “If I didn’t know Harris is ok with PC on steroids I’d give her some slack & say she meant species.”

“When Trump tried to explain a real experimental UV disinfectant light therapy, the press turned that into him ‘telling people to drink bleach’ and ‘inject Lysol,’” wrote yet another Twitter user.

“Kamala Harris asking NASA to ‘track the number of trees by race’ is just good hard science,” a Twitter user mocked.

“This is what they mean by ‘TRUST THE SCIENCE,’” quipped another.

“Everything has to be about race with Harris…. Even the trees,” wrote  another Twitter user

The incident comes as Democrats’ $1.75 trillion entitlement spending bill includes billions for left-wing environmental activists’ pet projects, including planting more trees in low-income neighborhoods to create “tree equity.”

The tree equity provision is just one of a plethora of climate-related spending provisions in the bill.

I guess this proves that really anyone can grow up to be vice-president.

I’m Not Sure I Believe This

Red State posted an article yesterday about a recent statement by Senator Joe Manchin. The Senator wrote an opinion piece in The Wall Street Journal  stating that he will not support the $3.5 trillion reconciliation budget proposed by the Democrats. The article notes that he is requesting a pause to decrease the amount of spending in the proposal. Some are celebrating that this is the end of the $3.5 trillion budget, but you need to look at the wording of the statement and the history of Senator Manchin more carefully. Senator Manchin always claims to be a fiscal conservative. He even votes that way WHEN HIS VOTE DOESN’T COUNT. When his vote counts, he votes with the Democrats. He is in an awkward position right now because he represents West Virginia, a mostly conservative state. If he wants to get re-elected in 2022, he has to at least make some conservative noises. I am skeptical as to whether this will be anything other than noise. Chances are that the budget will be cosmetically scaled down and he will vote for it.

The nation faces an unprecedented array of challenges and will inevitably encounter additional crises in the future. Yet some in Congress have a strange belief there is an infinite supply of money to deal with any current or future crisis, and that spending trillions upon trillions will have no negative consequence for the future. I disagree.

An overheating economy has imposed a costly “inflation tax” on every middle- and working-class American. At $28.7 trillion and growing, the nation’s debt has reached record levels. Over the past 18 months, we’ve spent more than $5 trillion responding to the coronavirus pandemic. Now Democratic congressional leaders propose to pass the largest single spending bill in history with no regard to rising inflation, crippling debt or the inevitability of future crises. Ignoring the fiscal consequences of our policy choices will create a disastrous future for the next generation of Americans.

It will be interesting to see how he actually votes. When you think about it, Joe Manchin and Kyrsten Sinema hold the keys to Joe Biden’s presidency. As long as the Democrats have 50 votes for the budget reconciliation package, they need Kamala Harris to be the 51st vote to pass the budget. If the Democrats do not have 50 votes, then Kamala Harris is not needed as the 51st vote. Therefore she can be promoted to President if Joe Biden seems to be failing. Stay tuned.

 

A Totally Ridiculous Suggestion

Yesterday The Gateway Pundit posted an article about the push to get Americans to receive the (approved only for emergency use) coronavirus vaccine.

The article reports:

Kamala Harris told left-wing activists to knock on doors to pressure people to get vaccinated as Biden’s July 4th vaccine goal is likely to fall short.

The Biden Admin set a goal to fully vaccinate 70% of Americans by July 4th.

Evidently that is the current idea of herd immunity, but no one is talking about the natural immunity of those who have had the coronavirus. Everyone does not need to be vaccinated–the CDC has recently recommended that children do not receive the vaccine. So what in the world is all of this public pressure about? Who is making money on this vaccine?

The article continues:

It’s all about power.

Kamala Harris told so-called ‘volunteers’ in Atlanta to knock on doors and harass people who may be hesitating to get the vaccine for one reason or another.

“For example, if you knock on the door and someone says they ‘don’t have the time to get the vaccine’ — because people are busy. They’re just trying to just make it through the day. Or they say that pharmacies are never open when they do have time, well, let’s address that. Because now, you can let them know that pharmacies across our country are keeping their doors open for 24 hours on Fridays in June, including today. Because we need to meet people where they are! Some folks are working two jobs…” Harris said.

“And what if they say they can’t miss work? Well, you can tell them that there are employers across the country who are offering paid time off for their employees to get vaccinated and we want to encourage and challenge more employers to do the same,’ she said.

Have young children? Kamala’s got you covered.

“Other folks who need time to recover after they get the shot, right? And may need a little moment where they need some help with their kids. So we have partnered with the YMCA, with KinderCare, and the Learning Care Group to provide free childcare for both vaccination and recovery. We need to meet people where they are.”

The push for the coronavirus vaccine is unusual. We need to discover the reason behind the efforts to vaccinate everyone against a disease that in most of the population is less deadly than the seasonal flu.

Sending Mixed Messages To Everyone Involved

I am very confused by actions vs. words regarding the Biden administration’s border policy. The Vice-President says that she has been to the border. I must have missed that. The President says the border is closed. I guess I  missed that also. Meanwhile, the current spoken message of the Vice-President is, “Don’t come.” However, the actions of the Biden administration tell a different story.

Yesterday The American Thinker posted an article about the difference between what the Biden administration is saying about the border and what the Biden administration is doing to encourage illegal immigration.

The article quotes a USA Today article:

Vice President Kamala Harris will host a roundtable Tuesday with a group of female immigrants [sic] who have temporary protection from deportation as the administration looks to revive a bipartisan push to grant them legal status through a pair of bills that have languished in the Senate. 

…The vice president will use the meeting to call on the Senate to pass two bills that cleared the House with bipartisan support earlier this year: the American Dream and Promise Act,  which would give DACA recipients the ability to live and work in the U.S, as well as the Farm Workforce Modernization Act, which would enable more than 1 million undocumented farm workers to apply for legal status. 

Ai-jen Poo, co-founder and executive director of the National Domestic Workers Alliance, who will also be in attendance, said the meeting ties the importance of immigration reform to economic recovery following the COVID-19 pandemic by highlighting immigrants who work as care professionals. 

The article concludes with a statement about the prospects of getting a bipartisan immigration bill through Congress:

It’s a coming failure.

The softest of these bipartisan senators on immigration — Sens. Marco Rubio, Lindsey Graham, and others — have all said a deal is dead in the water until the border surge is controlled.  Politico has that story dating from March here.

Anyone see Kamala Harris at the border to halt the border surge, which would seem to be her job as border czar as well as a boon to help win Republicans in Congress over to her side?  I haven’t.  The surge hasn’t even peaked yet, as I wrote about here, and some 180,000 or so rolled in from countries well beyond Central America just last month.  More are expected in June.

Harris was presumably chosen by Joe to be his vice president because of all her congressional ties and capacities to cut compromises across party lines.  Yet right now, her failure to go to the border, or more importantly even halt the border surge, is precisely what’s keeping her from hammering out a deal with Republicans.

What we see now is the tiny light at the end of a tunnel…of an oncoming train.  She’s going to be defeated on this, too, same as she was in her pathetic bid for diplomacy.  But as for illegal border surgers, they’re hearing her message loud and clear, to keep coming.

When Merrick Garland was appointed Attorney General, it seemed a bit odd. It was an obvious slap in the face to the Republicans who had not brought his nomination to the Supreme Court to the floor of the Senate, but evidently there is more to the story. As you read this, remember that a lot of what have been called conspiracy theories have turned out to be true.

Yesterday The Conservative Treehouse posted an article about the reason behind the appointment of Judge Garland. The article provides some insight into what is happening behind the scenes in the Biden administration.

The article quotes a Reuters report:

Democrats overcame Republican opposition on Monday as the U.S. Senate voted to confirm federal judge Ketanji Brown Jackson, seen as a possible future Supreme Court nominee for President Joe Biden, to an influential appellate court.

The Democratic-controlled Senate voted 53-44 to approve Jackson’s nomination to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit. All those in opposition were Republicans, with three voting with Democrats to approve the nomination.

Biden nominated Jackson, a Washington-based U.S. district judge, to the D.C. Circuit to replace Attorney General Merrick Garland on the bench. That appellate court has served as a springboard to the Supreme Court in the past, including for current Justices John Roberts, Clarence Thomas and Brett Kavanaugh. (read more)

What we have here is the deep state in action.

The vote was 53-47 [link here] Susan Collins, Lisa Murkowski and Lindsey Graham voted with Democrats to support KBJ to the circuit court. This Deep State manuever was transparently predictable. {Go Deep}  This was the real reason why Biden elevated Merrick Garland to AG, to get him out of the way for Ketanji Brown Jackson to work her way to a seat on the U.S. Supreme Court.  Obama would then have another tool for total control.

Remember the names of the Republicans who voted for this. They need to lose in primary elections as soon as possible.

We all know that Biden is an avatar for Obama’s third-term. Hence the plan by Team Obama (BLM) and James Clyburn (AME) to use a cognitively impaired tool to secure the 2020 club nomination. They then inserted Kamala Harris as the useful radical to manipulate for actual policy objectives.

Once you see the strings on the marionettes you can never return to that time before when you did not see them. It’s all a conspiracy theory until it’s proven accurate, then it’s racist…

The Democrats don’t have to pack the Supreme Court–all they need to do is replace a few traditional liberals with some radicals.
