Forgetting Their Oath

The CIA oath reads: “I, [name], do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter. So help me God.” Schooled CIA employees know that the Constitution also defines the role of federal employees: “To establish justice, insure domestic tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general welfare and secure the blessings of liberty.”

On Friday, David Strom posed the following question at Hot Air:

Did the CIA work to rig the 2020 election?

The article notes that there are many ways to rig an election–illegal voters, fraudulent ballots, faulty voting machines, etc., but there is also the matter of spreading disinformation.

The article reports:

I couldn’t say if the 2020 election was stolen–there certainly were irregularities as there always are in elections–because any vote changes or illegal ballots have to be in the right place in the right numbers, and no evidence has been accepted by courts indicating that enough illegal votes to change the results were cast.

But certainly, the election was rigged. Lots of illegal changes to election laws were made without legislative approval, Big Tech censored conservatives based on phony claims, and the media colluded with outside groups to distort the truth or deny facts.

Among the riggers was the CIA, apparently. Not just former CIA agents, about which we already knew, but the CIA as an organization.

At least that is what has been asserted by Judicial Watch, and the evidence on its face supports that conclusion. So Judicial Watch is suing the CIA to force them to divulge what ought to be public information about events near the end of the campaign.

Note the statement “no evidence has been accepted by courts.” This may be the Achilles Heel in the indictments against President Trump. He may force that evidence to be heard in court.

The article concludes:

It issue is that letter that gave cover to Joe Biden when the Hunter Biden laptop, where 50 former intelligence officials claimed that the Hunter Biden laptop “had all the hallmarks of Russian disinformation.”

However deceptive this letter was, in itself, it was perfectly legal and I would oppose censoring it once it was published. It was a low-down dirty trick and it worked, but low-down dirty tricks are generally legal. Of course, media outlets should not have taken their claims at face value in the middle of a campaign, but that is a separate issue.

However, the wrinkle is this: because of the high rank these officials had the CIA had to preapprove the publication of the letter, and the CIA almost certainly knew the laptop was real (as the FBI also did, having had it a year). Further, there is substantial evidence that the CIA helped recruit further signatories for the letter, which would be a definite no-no. The CIA isn’t even supposed to be involved domestically, and certainly shouldn’t get involved in political campaigns.

At What Point Is It Time To Deal With The Lies?

Just the News posted an article on Monday listing five lies that President Biden has told about his business dealings. The headline is more polite than I am, referring to the lies as ‘stories that turned out to be untrue.’

The article lists the five lies:

    1. Joe Biden never discussed business with his son or family.
    2. Joe Biden never met with his son’s business partners.
    3. The Biden family did not get money from China.
    4. Hunter Biden “has done nothing wrong.” 
    5. The Hunter Biden laptop that emerged late in the 2020 election was Russian disinformation.

All of these stories are in conflict with what is currently known about the Biden family’s business dealings.

The article notes:

Testimony from two family friends, Rob Walker and Devon Archer, as well as evidence from Hunter Biden’s laptop seized by the FBI in 2019 confirm that President Biden in fact had frequent contact with Hunter Biden’s business associates, specifically with executives from a Chinese energy company tied to the Communist party and whose top executive Patrick Ho was convicted of bribery in the United States.

…“Dear Hunter, thank you for inviting me to DC and giving an opportunity to meet your father and spent (sic) some time together,” Pozharskyi wrote Hunter Biden.

Walker, a longtime Biden family friend and business associate, also told the FBI in an interview that Joe Biden personally attended meetings with Hunter Biden’s partners, including one with China-based CEFC Energy and its top executive, according to testimony by IRS whistleblower Gary Shapley, the agency’s supervisory agent for the Biden case.

…As previously reported by Just the News, in 2017, Hunter Biden received $1 million from “a company he formed with the CEO of a Chinese business conglomerate,” according to the agreement. The next year, he would receive even more: $2.6 million from the same source.

…The IRS whistleblower, as well as evidence first reported by Just the News from the Hunter Biden laptop, show Joe Biden’s son failed to pay taxes on $400,000 in income in 2014 from his job at Burisma in Ukraine. Prosecutors let the statute of limitations expire on that alleged crime, according to Shapley.

…Evidence that Shapley gave Congress also shows the FBI had authenticated the laptop in late 2019 and again in early 2020, well before the letter was released.

“We have no reason to believe there is anything fabricated nefariously on the computer and or hard drive,” stated a contemporaneous memo from 2020 summarizing the FBI’s authentication efforts. “There are emails and other items that corroborate the items on the laptop and hard drive.”

At least the Trump family had hotels, golf courses, and hotel rooms as businesses. The only business the Biden family seems to have had is influence peddling.

An Interesting Question

On Tuesday, The American Thinker posted an article asking an interesting question, “Why Did the FBI Want Joe Biden to Become President?”

Think about that question for a moment. They knew his history. They knew his foreign policy mistakes, his history of plagiarism, his history of lying, they had the laptop, so they knew about the influence peddling of Hunter and the questionable family business dealings. Why would they want someone like that to become President?

The article notes:

Just imagine for a moment that Donald Trump, Jr. (or Eric) sat on the board of directors for a foreign company and “earned” millions of dollars for literally doing nothing. He didn’t know the industry and didn’t speak the language. The only thing Junior brought to the table was his last name. He made deals with foreign agents and foreign corporations to acquire rare materials like cobalt (used in electric cars) that was sold to Chinese interests for profit. While on an extended drug binge, he took a computer with lots of incriminating evidence to a repair shop and forgot or didn’t care what he’d done with it. Then he ignored all the calls from the shop telling him to come pick up his computer. That would be huge news, wouldn’t it?

Of course, Donald Trump, Sr. would be crucified. The media coverage would be nonstop. After years of witch hunts, they would finally have legitimate criminal behavior to investigate. The thousands of hours of airtime devoted to fake scandals would finally have paid off.

But change the name from Donald Trump, Jr. to Hunter Biden and the political party that stands to suffer from the revelations from Republican to Democrat, and the media becomes curiously uninterested in doing their job, which is to report the truth: That Hunter Biden is the bagman for the Biden family crime syndicate. The latest Twitter Files information drop proves it. Not only has Hunter’s corrupt and criminal business deals been exposed, the extraordinary lengths to which the FBI acted to suppress a true story have been exposed, too. 

The FBI played a substantial role in the 2020 election:

Who or what authorized them, a federal agency, to spend my tax dollars on manipulating social media to deliberately advance a false narrative about Hunter’s laptop? It’s difficult to find the right words to describe the depths of their corruption that has now been exposed for the whole world to see, but I’m certainly going to try my best. “Unbelievable” isn’t a very good descriptor either, because we have tons of evidence that proves beyond any reasonable doubt that the FBI took extraordinary measures to manipulate the 2020 election in favor of Joe Biden.

The article concludes:

Another question popped into my head: why was the FBI working so feverishly to get the Biden administration into the White House, when they had to know how horribly corrupt the whole family was? Remember they took possession of the evidence on Dec. 9, 2019.

The most obvious answer that comes to my mind is that the administration, particularly the intelligence community, knew he was the candidate they could control. Conservatives left and right are being arrested and prosecuted for ridiculous reasons, crimes against conservatives aren’t being investigated, and the truth is being filtered and distorted to the point that it is unrecognizable. We’ve long suspected FBI corruption, and now we have irrefutable proof that it has been happening and continues to happen. It was to preserve their power at all costs. Perhaps the only truth Chuck Schumer ever told was when he famously warned Trump that the intelligence community had “six ways from Sunday” to come after him, and would do so, to protect its fiefdom.

This leads one to an obvious conclusion: the FBI has become the American Stasi. As of today, I have become very distrustful and afraid of my own government. I halfway expect my house to be raided and my own arrest coming for the crime of speaking truth to power.

Only one word accurately describes the crime the FBI has committed, and that word is treason.

May the punishment fit the crime.

President Trump represents a threat to the status quo. A lot of the status quo has been revealed through the released Twitter files, but I suspect that is simply the tip of the iceberg. The FBI is simply protecting their own corruption. How long are Americans going to allow that?
