Houston, We Have A Problem

The problem with election fraud is that when it is left unchecked, it continues. I am not optimistic about overturning the fraudulent presidential election, but I am concerned about what that fraudulent victory will mean for the future of America. I strongly suspect that last night’s election in Georgia had some of the same problems that the presidential election had.

A friend on Facebook posted the following picture:

I can understand how a lead might shrink because votes from the other candidate came in, but I can’t understand how 5000 votes could suddenly disappear. I think this is a problem. I also think that if we don’t deal with the fraud now, we will never again have an honest election in America. We will be ruled by the elite political class who will eventually destroy the middle class and our way of life. We are already seeing the attitude among many of our politicians that the rules do not apply to them. I fear we will only see more of that in the future by those who are willing to cheat to win.

Good News From The Manufacturing Sector

One America News reported yesterday that U.S. factory activity accelerated to its highest level in nearly 2-1/2 years in December.

The article reports:

The strength in manufacturing reported by the Institute for Supply Management (ISM) on Tuesday likely helped to soften the blow on the economy in the fourth quarter from the relentless spread of COVID-19 and government delays in approving another rescue package to help businesses and the unemployed.

The article also notes that there are bottlenecks in the supply chains due to the increased number of coronavirus cases.

The article also concludes:

The ISM’s forward-looking new orders sub-index rose to a reading of 67.9 last month from 65.1 in November. Strong orders growth boosted manufacturing employment, which had contracted in November. The ISM’s manufacturing employment gauge rebounded to 51.5 from a reading of 48.4 in November.

But the supply chain gridlock is driving up costs for manufacturers. The survey’s prices paid index jumped to a reading of 77.6 last month, the highest since May 2018, from 65.4 in November. That raises the risk of higher inflation this year, though high unemployment could limit price pressures.

The labor market has lost steam in tandem with the economy since job growth peaked at a record 4.781 million in June.

According to an early Reuters survey of economists, nonfarm payrolls probably increased by 100,000 jobs last month after rising by 245,000 in November. That would mean the economy recouped about 12.5 million of the 22.2 million jobs lost in March and April. The government is scheduled to publish December’s employment report on Friday.

Manufacturing has come back to America because of the trade policies of President Trump. People in areas of the country that have had high unemployment for years have gotten their manufacturing jobs back. It is a pretty safe bet that under Joe Biden, China will take over American manufacturing again and the American worker will be out of luck.

Changing The Rules

The Federalist posted an article today about some of the rules that are being put in place in the House of Representatives. These rules will damage America. They will also result in major Democrat losses in the House of Representatives in 2022. The question is how much damage can the Democrats do in two years.

The article reports:

House Democrats blocked a Republican measure Monday to cut a provision in the Democrats’ rules package for the 117th Congress exempting favored legislation from PAYGO requirements such as the socialist Green New Deal.

PAYGO requirements stipulate that any legislation spending money must include a “payfor” component that could come in the form of additional legislation analyzed by the Congressional Budget Office (CBO) offering members insight into the true cost of any new spending bill. Under the proposed Democratic rules, however, proposals such as the Green New Deal are exempt from the requirement, protecting its supporters from having to answer how to cover its initial estimated $93 trillion price tag.

Are there any fiscally responsible Democrats that could have stopped this?

The article continues:

“On only day two of the 117th Congress, House Democrats are already attempting to strip Americans of the transparency they deserve in order to push through an expensive progressive wish-list,” House Budget Committee Republican Ranking Member Jason Smith of Missouri admonished lawmakers. “This exemption is irresponsible since arguably it could apply to any radical, progressive, out-of-touch legislation dreamed up next by House Democrats.”

Democrats blocked the Republicans’ Motion to Commit, striking the exemption by a margin of 217 to the GOP’s 203 voting in favor. The radical proposals Smith prophesied are certainly in the pipeline.

The article concludes:

With few votes to spare on major legislation, Pelosi will need to keep her caucus’s farthest-left members on board. The final check on two years of Democrats passing every item on their wish list with an incoming Democratic president then falls to the Senate, control of which will be decided in the Georgia Senate runoffs Tuesday.

Hang on to your wallets. This is going to get very ugly and very expensive.

Can We Check The Bank Accounts Of The People Involved In This Decision?

The Daily Caller is reporting today that the New York Stock Exchange is reversing the decision it made Thursday to delist three Chinese telecommunication operators.

The article reports:

“In light of further consultation with relevant regulatory authorities in connection with Office of Foreign Assets Control, NYSE Regulation no longer intends to move forward with the delisting action in relation to the three issuers which was announced on Dec. 31, 2020,” the Exchange announced in a press release Monday.

The NYSE had originally announced Thursday that it would delist three major Chinese telecommunications operators, including China Mobile, one of China’s most valuable NYSE-listed state-owned enterprises, in compliance with Executive Order 13959.

This decision is being made in anticipation of a China-friendly Biden administration taking control later this month. It is a reflection of the fact that under Biden China will go back to taking full advantage of America in every way possible.

The article concludes:

The NYSE’s reversal, coming in the twilight weeks of Trump’s presidency, highlighted the confusion surrounding the implementation and implications of a U.S. ban on Chinese firms deemed to have military links, Reuters reported.

Hong Kong-traded shares in the three companies had surged following the reversal’s news, according to further reporting from Reuters. The NYSE move also briefly raised the yuan to a new 30-month high, as markets saw it as a form of easing geopolitical tensions.

This is a true illustration of ‘follow the money.’ It would be interesting to see who was speculating on the rise of the yuan. That would tell us a lot.

When Being In Power Is The Most Important Thing

Nancy Pelosi has been re-elected as Speaker of the House. She isn’t going anywhere. Her district loves her, and she is in control. She won with 216 votes to the 209 votes of Republican challenger Kevin McCarthy, also of California. A close win, but a win nevertheless.

Yesterday One America News posted an article about one aspect of that vote. The article illustrates how desperate Speaker Pelosi was to win that vote.

The article reports:

Nancy Pelosi has shown yet another example of her hypocrisy regarding COVID-19 lockdown orders.

Under quarantine for coronavirus, Americans are not allowed to travel, visit friends, family or even go to work in some cases. If you’re a Democrat in Congress, however, it’s your “congressional duty” to break quarantine, enter the chamber and re-elect radical Democrat Nancy Pelosi as House Speaker.

According to a report Sunday, that’s the example the California Democrat set for Americans amid her narrow re-election to the leading role in the lower chamber of Congress. The report noted that in an effort to win a tough battle for re-election and compensate for seats lost by Democrats, Pelosi encouraged a handful of coronavirus-positive Democrats to break their quarantine in order to vote for her.

For example, Democrat Wisconsin Rep. Gwen Moore entered the chamber to vote for Pelosi despite announcing she had tested positive for coronavirus. Meanwhile, Pelosi appeared to amplify coronavirus concerns as she was sworn in as House Speaker on Sunday.

We are rapidly becoming a country of ‘rules for thee, but not for me.’ We as voters are responsible for the leadership we elect. It is time to re-evaluate who we are electing. If we continue on our present path, we will have two classes or people–rulers in power who make the rules and don’t have to follow them and those not in power who are weighed down by excessive rules. It really is our choice.

I Think She Has This Backwards

The Conservative Treehouse posted an article today that included the following screenshot:

Now in case you are wondering why I might post this letter, let me refresh your memory. This is the same Mayor who refused to enlist the support of the national guard during the Black Lives Matter riots in the summer of 2020. This is the same Mayor whose police stood by as people leaving the White House after President Trump’s acceptance speech in 2019 were harassed and assaulted.

The article concludes:

When you see that justice is measured, not by due process, but by compulsion; when you see that in order to invoke your first amendment right to speech, you need to obtain permission from the same voices who rebuke the constitution; when you see that justice is determined by those who leverage, not in law, but in politics; when you see that men get power over individual liberty by graft and by scheme, and your representatives don’t protect you against them, but protect themselves against you; when you see corruption holding influence and individual liberty so easily dispatched and nullified; you may well know that your freedom too is soon to perish….

Prayers are needed for a peaceful protest. I suspect that some of the information that will be coming out about the 2020 election at the time of the protest will be stunning.

Sad Things Are Happening In Congress

This is the transcript of a prayer offered in Congress yesterday. Please note that ‘this transcript was compiled from uncorrected Closed Captioning.’

The transcript is taken from the C-SPAN website:

I have some problems with this. The monotheistic god and the god known by many names and faiths? Awoman? What in the world?

Just for the record, the history of America is infused with Christianity. It is not a country of religions of a god known by many names. It is a country founded on Judeo-Christian principles.

In an article posted in November 2019, Christian Action reminds us:

In 1892 Supreme Court Justice David Brewer ruled, “The United States is a Christian nation.” He may have been the first high-level government official to refer to America as a Christian nation, but he was not the last.

In a letter to Pope Pius XII, President Harry S. Truman wrote, “Your Holiness, this is a Christian Nation.” And his letter made a direct reference to Justice Brewer’s ruling in the Holy Trinity vs. United States court decision.

“More than a half century ago that declaration was written into the decrees of the highest court of this land,” President Truman told the Pontiff. “It is not without significance that the valiant pioneers who left Europe to establish settlements here, at the very beginning of their colonial enterprises, declared their faith in the Christian religion and made ample provision for its practice and for its support.”

In 1931 the Supreme Court once again ruled, “We are a Christian people.” The court also made direct reference Justice Brewer’s 1892 decision for the basis of this claim.

The 1931 case involved a Canadian-born Baptist minister, Douglas Clyde Macintosh, who applied to become a naturalized U.S. citizen. Mr. Macintosh, though he previously served as a military chaplain for the Canadian Army during WWI, objected to swearing an oath of allegiance to the United States if it involved supporting a war that he found morally objectionable.

Writing for the majority in a 5-4 decision, Justice George Sutherland found that “We are a Christian people” and, as such, following the laws of the land is “not inconsistent with the will of God.” In essence, the court acknowledged, significantly, that there was a “God” and that laws passed by “a Christian people” would never violate God’s “will.”

The prayer was simply unacceptable. It did not reflect the values of the majority of Americans. Hopefully someone in Congress will have the courage to speak out against something that is not appropriate in a Christian nation.

The Grassroots Is Coming Alive

This morning I attended the Swearing In Ceremony and Reception for the 3rd District delegation to the North Carolina legislature.

This is a picture taken at the event:

It was a moving ceremony. The legislators had all served at least one term in the State Legislature and spoke of feeling as their election was a call to service. The legislators all acknowledged their dependence on God to do their jobs and the belief that God was the one who placed them in office.

The reason I am posting this picture and this article is that I believe the number of people attending this event (which was put together on rather short notice) is an indication of people waking up to the power they have to hold our elected officials accountable for the laws they pass and a willingness of average citizens to become involved in the politics of our county, state, and nation. I don’t know what direction America will take in the coming days, but I suspect that if some of our leaders attempt to move us in a direction that is not consistent with our Constitution, they may awake a sleeping giant.

Who Gets To Choose?

Yesterday Just the News posted an article about a law proposed in the New York State Assembly. The proposed law strengthens my conviction that very few of our lawmakers around the country have actually read the U.S. Constitution.

The article reports:

A law proposed in the New York State Assembly would permit state officials to remove and detain state residents if they were deemed to be a “danger to public health.”

Assembly Bill 416 dictates that, “upon determining by clear and convincing evidence that the health of others is or may be endangered by a case, contact or carrier, or suspected case, contact or carrier of a contagious disease,” state officials may “order the removal and/or detention of such a person or of a group of such persons.”

“Such person or group of persons shall be detained in a medical facility or other appropriate facility or premises,” the bill continues.

Individuals seized under the law’s provisions would be “detained for such period and in such manner as the department may direct,” namely so long as the state government determines that the individual is contagious.

Such individuals would be “detained in a manner that is consistent with recognized isolation and infection control principles in order to minimize the likelihood of transmission of infection to such person and to others.”

The law is currently in committee and has not yet made it to the assembly floor calendar. Can you image the civil rights abuses that could potentially take place if this law is passed? Who decides that someone is endangering the health of others? Is this going to work like the Covid rules for protests worked–open-my-business protesters were harassed and sometimes arrested while being accused of spreading Covid and violent protesters that tore down statues and destroyed property were not a problem with spreading Covid?

If laws like this law are passed, our children and grandchildren will grow up in a very different country than the one we grew up in.

A Fair Proposal

The Epoch Times is reporting today that Senator James Lankford (R-Okla.) has proposed that Congress authorizes an election commission to review the 2020 election process.

The article reports:

The commission would be modeled on what was formed in 1877 to resolve the electoral issues in the election the previous year. Three states—Florida, Louisiana, and South Carolina—had reports of voter fraud, leading to a contested election without a clear winner.

The commission back then was comprised of five senators, five House of Representatives members, and five Supreme Court justices. The commission began on Feb. 1, 1877. Eventually, Congress, acting on the decision of the commission, awarded the disputed electoral vote to Republican Rutherford Hayes, handing him the presidency.

The group of 15, who would be given subpoena power, would not decide the election, Lankford said.

The article continues:

The proposal by the Republicans is still within the Electoral College system, Lankford said.

“We’re demanding that we have a good, hard, serious, professional look at this, then the states in our system of government, according the Constitution, actually pick the president through the Electoral College. So we’re not trying to take that over,” he said.

“We’re doing our constitutional duty, and laying this out, giving it back to the states and say, ‘States, if you want to reevaluate where you’re sending, and who you’re sending, then you can choose to do that.’ But the states have to be able to make that decision.”

Lankford and the other senators want a 10-day emergency vote audit completed by a commission, paired with a delay of the joint vote counting session.

“Once completed, individual states would evaluate the Commission’s findings and could convene a special legislative session to certify a change in their vote, if needed,” they said in a joint statement.

If the joint session takes place without the audit being completed, the senators plan on objecting to electors from disputed states.

This is an interesting proposal. For one thing, it provides cover for Congressmen who feel that there was fraud in the 2020 election, but don’t want to take a stand as an individual. Unfortunately everyone we elect and send to Washington is not a model of courage. Despite the major media’s cover-up of testimonies and videos of election fraud in the 2020 presidential election, most Americans feel that there was fraud. Allowing a fraudulent election to stand would do serious damage to our republic.

Making The World Unsafe For Everyone

Sara Carter posted an article today about Iran’s uranium enrichment program. Iran is going to resume enriching uranium (as if they haven’t been doing that all along). So what is this actually about? It’s about the fact that Iran is taking it for granted that Joe Biden will be inaugurated as President on January 20th. Although there is a good chance that will happen, there is also a chance that it will not. Iran is betting on the former. Why does that matter to Iran? Joe Biden has already said he will renew the Iranian nuclear deal. Iran sees a Biden administration as wanting to get along with everyone and not rock the boat (as opposed to the Trump administration which seemed to enjoy rocking the boat). We should remember that at times rocking the boat is a really good thing. Iran (and a few other countries that don’t love America) see American under Joe Biden as weak and ineffective–talk but no action. They have drawn that conclusion on the basis of the Obama administration. If you want an advance picture of America under Joe Biden, please investigate the ‘global reset.’ That is the globalist plan for America that Joe Biden and Kamala Harris will be bringing to us.

The article at Sara Carter reports:

The nation of Iran said Saturday that it plans to begin the enrichment of uranium up to 20 percent at its underground Fordo facility “as soon as possible,” as reported by Fox News.

The action would bring Iran close to weapons-grade uranium—a dangerous measure for the West as relations between the Persian nation and America deteriorate. This Sunday mark’s the one-year anniversary of the killing of Qasem Soleimani, an Iranian major general with the Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps, who was planning attacks on American targets in the region, according to U.S. intelligence officials.

…The International Atomic Energy Agency acknowledged the enrichment move Friday.

“Iran has informed the agency that in order to comply with a legal act recently passed by the country’s parliament, the Atomic Energy Organization of Iran intends to produce low-enriched uranium … up to 20 percent at the Fordo Fuel Enrichment Plant,” the IAEA said.

Understand that as soon as Iran has a nuclear bomb and a reliable delivery system, Iran will begin using that fact as a threat against the Middle East and Europe. Iran is a country run by bullies who want to reestablish the caliphate that fell when the Ottoman Empire was disbanded. The goal eventually is a worldwide caliphate, but Iran is wiling to start in the Middle East and then expand into Europe.

It’s Only January 2nd And We Already Have What Will Probably Be The Dumbest Rule Of The Year

Yesterday Breitbart reported that Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi has unveiled her rules for the 117th Congress.

The article reports:

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) and Rules Committee Chairman James McGovern (D-MA) unveiled the rules for the 117th Congress on Friday, which contain “future-focused” proposals, including the elimination of gendered terms, such as “father, mother, son, and daughter.”

“This package, which will be introduced and voted on once the new Congress convenes, includes sweeping ethics reforms, increases accountability for the American people, and makes this House of Representatives the most inclusive in history,” said the House Committee on Rules in a statement.

Who in the world do these people represent?

The article explains the rule:

Within the proposals are the creation of the “Select Committee on Economic Disparity and Fairness in Growth,” which would require Congress to “honor all gender identities by changing pronouns and familial relationships in the House rules to be gender neutral.”

In clause 8(c)(3) of rule XXIII, gendered terms, such as “father, mother, son, daughter, brother, sister, uncle, aunt, first cousin, nephew, niece, husband, wife, father-in-law, mother-in-law, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, stepfather, stepmother, stepson, stepdaughter, stepbrother, stepsister, half brother, half sister, grandson, or granddaughter” will be removed.

In their place, terms such as “parent, child, sibling, parent’s sibling, first cousin, sibling’s child, spouse, parent-in-law, child-in-law, sibling-in-law, stepparent, stepchild, stepsibling, half-sibling, or grandchild” will be used, instead.

This makes my head hurt.

We Are Seriously In Danger Of Losing Our Freedom

Yesterday The New York Post posted an article about some recent comments by Dr. Fauci. Considering the havoc he has wreaked on America with his ‘wisdom,’ I think we need to listen.

The article reports:

Dr. Anthony Fauci said it’s possible that COVID-19 vaccines will become mandatory in order to travel to other countries or attend school.

“Everything will be on the table for discussion,” Fauci, who will be chief medical adviser to President-elect Joe Biden, told Newsweek.

The director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases stressed that it’s “not up to me to make a decision,” but added that “these are all things that will be discussed [under the Biden administration].”

“I’m not sure [the COVID-19 vaccine] going to be mandatory from a central government standpoint, like federal government mandates,” Fauci said, though he added that he’s “sure” that some individual institutions will require the shot.

Fauci said vaccine requirements in schools are “possible,” but they would come from mandates at the state or city level.

Stop and think a minute. All vaccines have some risk. The Covid vaccine uses a new technology that targets RNA. The vaccine has been developed and tested in the past year. There is no one who was vaccinated more than 10 months ago. We have no idea what the impact of the vaccine is ten years after you have had it. School children are not at risk or getting or spreading the disease–that has been scientifically established. Why would you want a mandate to require a Covid vaccine for children to attend school? That seems rather draconian.

I can honestly say that I don’t want the government requiring me to follow any specific medical protocol. That should be between me and my doctor. I don’t want to see the day in America where I can be stopped anywhere and asked for my vaccination papers, but that is where we are headed if people like Dr. Fauci have their way. Now I can almost hear the pro-abortionists screaming ‘my body, my choice,’ but the choice not to take a vaccine involves only my body. There is not another life within me that I will kill by not taking the vaccine. That is the difference.

Standing Up For Those Who Helped In A Crisis

When the nightmare of lockdowns, masks, and hand sanitizer began in February, some of the small breweries stepped up and stopped making alcohol to drink and made hand sanitizer instead. Unfortunately, those who wrote the stimulus bill for Congress were ungrateful.

Today The Federalist is reporting the following:

The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) is overriding the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), which made a surprise announcement Tuesday that any distillery that switched to producing hand sanitizer this year during the pandemic will owe thousands of dollars in fees and could be charged twice if they do not cease production immediately.

HHS Chief of Staff Brian Harrison announced Thursday: “Small businesses who stepped up to fight COVID-19 should be applauded by their government, not taxed for doing so. I’m pleased to announce we have directed FDA to cease enforcement of these arbitrary, surprise user fees. Happy New Year, distilleries, and cheers to you for helping keep us safe!”

The article explains the history of the fees:

The early and uncertain days of the pandemic created a high demand for hand sanitizer. Many craft-brewing distilleries, which found their regular operations at a standstill due to COVID shutdowns, pivoted to making sanitizer to stay financially afloat and help with the sudden shortage. More than 800 distilleries shifted from spirits to sanitizer, offering it for sale and even donating it to their communities.

How were the distilleries rewarded for their swift, resourceful, and admirable actions? The FDA slapped them with a notice that they owed an unexpected fee to the government of more than $14,000. Any facility described as an “over-the-counter drug monograph” facility would be subject to a $14,060 Monograph Drug Facility Fee.

The CARES Act, passed into law earlier this year as an initial round of COVID-19 spending defined all distilleries producing hand sanitizer as such facilities. Under the now-voided rule, distilleries would have been forced to shut down production of hand sanitizer and notify the federal government of their change in status in order to avoid having to pay the same fee in 2022.

For the blindsided distilleries, the unexpected fee would have been devastating in an already financially difficult year.

This is another example of things hidden in bills passed by Congress that hurt American businesses. It is time we limit Congressional bills to five pages and require that they deal with one subject only. Right now the lobbyists are writing the bills and hiding things in them that hurt Americans. It’s time to make some changes in the way Congress operates.

A Summary Of The Problems With The 2020 Presidential Election

Yesterday PJ Media posted an article titled, “5 Reasons Why You’re Not Crazy to Question the Election Results.” The article provides a summary of the things that do not make sense in the claims that Joe Biden won an overwhelming victory with more votes than President Obama received.

Here is a brief summary of the claims. Please follow the link to the article to read the full story.

1. Enthusiasm

While Joe Biden was stumbling through basement Zoom calls to the fortunate few who were selected to ask him pre-arranged questions to which he fumbled his scripted answers, Donald Trump went before enthusiastic and huge crowds, giving speeches where he’d wander off the teleprompter to offer off-the-cuff jokes, barbs, and snappy patter for more than at hour, multiple times per day, for days.

2. Riots and Law and Order

…By putting himself on the side of the politically-motivated rioters being cheered on by his party’s Left, Biden seemed to embrace the Democrats’ defund-the-police and anti-police messages even as rioters set fires, destroyed other peoples’ property, threatened others’ lives, and acted like terrorists.

Trump knew this. There was no question of where he stood. The president expanded the First Step Act and gave clemency to people who had been arguably wronged by the judicial process. He supported law and order but most of all he demanded justice and was ready to make it right where he saw a wrong.

The idea that millions more people favored the guy who was ambivalent about the literal terrorism on the streets of America was unthinkable to Trump supporters. Who would vote for a guy who would give the old ¡Olé! to people looting, burning, and threatening people? Surely, fewer than those who voted for Trump…

3. COVID Response

…Trump’s approach and his sideline Twitter sniping let people know he didn’t want a wholesale shutdown. He’d hoped to reopen the economy “by Easter” and tried to cajole Democrat governors into lifting the reigns on the people and the shutdown of the economy. Democrats like Governors Jay Inslee, Kate Brown, Gavin Newsom, and Gretchen Whitmer did the exact opposite. Citizens organized recall efforts to respond to the governors’ autocratic response.

Trump deemed the federal government’s response as “the greatest mobilization since World War II.” And he’ll never get the credit for getting a country on war-footing to fight a pandemic from the ground up.

4. Coattails …?

Stories about President Trump’s weak coattails were legion before the election. His likability was questioned and still is, but, what ho! Look what actually happened.

After the usual midterm 2018 thrashing for the president in power (George W. Bush and FDR are the only presidents who added seats during the midterms), Republicans made up some of those losses in congressional races and statehouses across the country in 2020.

Ballotpedia reports that while Democrats won 222 seats to Republicans’ 212, the GOP unexpectedly flipped 14 seats from D to R compared to three seats for the D’s.

5. Another ‘Election’

If President Trump is so divisive and unlikable and truly the worst, most contemptible person in the world, then why did he win the Gallup Poll’s “most admired” person, outstripping the Obamas and Joe?

It’s time for Americans to put on their ‘common sense’ hats and take another look at what happened in the 2020 presidential election.

Sunlight Is Needed

Yesterday Just the News reported the following:

Trump campaign senior advisor Jason Miller during an interview on Newsmax TV expressed the hope that evidence pertaining to election-related issues will be shared directly with the American people next week.

If a minimum of one member of each congressional chamber objects to the electoral vote returns of a state during a joint session of Congress presided over by the vice president on Jan. 6, each chamber will separately debate for up to two hours and then vote on the objection, according to the Congressional Research Service: “An objection to a state’s electoral vote must be approved by both houses in order for any contested votes to be excluded.”

The evidence needs to be shared with the public. However, I am not convinced that all media outlets will share the information. We have seen Facebook, Twitter and YouTube consistently block or ‘fact check’ any content that portrays Joe Biden or any member of his family in a bad light. Those of us who have learned to navigate alternative news sources have a pretty good idea of what went on with the 2020 presidential election, but I am not convinced that the American public as a whole has any idea of the level of corruption. The videos that many of us have seen both of witness testimony and surveillance videos have not been seen by a majority of Americans. Therefore many Americans may not understand what the fuss is about.

The article concludes:

Miller mentioned during the interview multiple examples of election-related concerns. “These are the specific types of evidence that we want to be able to present to the American public on the national stage and not allow local politicians to sweep it under the rug,” he said.

President Trump has not conceded to Joe Biden in the 2020 presidential election contest.

An election that includes rampant cheating will not move America forward. Unfortunately I fear that however this comes out, the country will be more divided than ever.
