Our Founding Fathers regarded the states as laboratories for successful governing. If a state did something that was successful, it was assumed that other states would follow. Unfortunately party politics has gotten in the way of that concept, but somehow one state occasionally manages to lead the way in successful governance. Right now, Florida is that state. You do not have to be a genius to see Governor Ron DeSantis as a future candidate for President. The only question is what dirty tricks the Democrats and the media will attempt to prevent that from happening. I personally would love to see a Trump/DeSantis ticket in 2024.
