More Questions For The Federal Bureau Of Investigation

On Thursday, The Federalist posted an article about the pipe bombs found at the Democrat National Committee and Republican National Committee headquarters on Jan. 6, 2021.

The article reports:

The FBI is continuing to stonewall congressional oversight of the agency’s investigation into a pair of pipe bombs found at the Democrat National Committee and Republican National Committee headquarters on Jan. 6, 2021.

On Wednesday, House Republicans on the Judiciary Committee re-upped demands for a comprehensive briefing on the two-year-old case over which the FBI has refused transparency.

…Earlier this month, an FBI whistleblower told the Washington Times the FBI identified the vehicle the suspect entered shortly after planting the bombs but has not pursued the individual.

“The FBI had surveillance video that showed the person entering a car with a visible license plate after exiting a Metro stop in Northern Virginia,” the Times reported.

Kyle Seraphin, a former FBI agent who worked on the case, told the paper that the agency “tied whoever the person was that dropped the bombs with [surveillance] cameras all the way through the train and getting into a car with that license plate.” Seraphin also told the Washington Times that the two bombs were inoperable.

It is interesting to me that the two bombs were inoperable.

The more we know about January 6th, the more it looks like a false-flag operation. There were some people who behaved badly, but many of them were the people who were supposed to be upholding the law. It also should be noted that the events of January 6th prevented the questioning of the electoral votes in the presidential election. Based on what we now know, that was probably the purpose of the operation. Also remember that even since Speaker McCarthy supposedly released the video tapes of January 6th, we have seen very little of those tapes. Also note that the person who aired those tapes was fired. There is a lot about January 6th that just doesn’t add up.

This Would Have Been Very Interesting

On Friday, PJ Media reported that the national Democrat Party has announced that it will support President Biden’s bid for re-election, but it has no plan to sponsor primary debates. As of now, President Biden’s two primary opponents are Robert F. Kennedy Jr. and Marianne Williamson. Ms. Williamson became a Democrat in 2019. Her wikipedia page describes her as an author, spiritual leader, teacher, politician, activist. Robert F. Kennedy Jr. is known for his anti-vaccination activities and claims that the childhood vaccines we give our children are responsible for the increase in autism. Other theories blame the increase on better diagnostics.

The article reports:

Biden has two challengers, Robert F. Kennedy Jr. and Marianne Williamson. When Kennedy announced his candidacy on Wednesday, USA Today reported that RFK immediately had the “support of 14% of voters who backed President Joe Biden in 2020,” according to a USA TODAY/Suffolk University Poll. Williamson had 5%, and another 13% were undecided. USA Today noted that “that is surprising strength for a candidate who has a famous political name but is now known mostly as the champion of a debunked conspiracy theory blaming childhood vaccines for autism.”

USA Today’s confident use of the word “debunked,” however, can’t mask a growing suspicion among an increasing number of Americans that the authorities aren’t being honest with us. The COVID vaccine debacle, with what was originally touted as a single shot that would protect you from a deadly disease becoming multiple shots and boosters that carried side effects that were often worse than COVID itself, only fueled that suspicion. So the establishment media’s confidence that voters will dismiss Robert F. Kennedy Jr. because they dislike this vaccine skepticism may be whistling in the dark.

…There is a lot of truth to that, and a Biden-Kennedy-Williamson debate could be a marvelous show, featuring the garrulous old liar rattling on about how he got arrested for trying to visit Nelson Mandela in prison or about how his son Beau was killed in Iraq, Kennedy calling out state and corporate fascism, and Williamson waxing philosophical.

That’s precisely why the debates won’t happen. The Democratic National Committee knows that Williamson is nutty, and it thinks Kennedy is nutty, too, and it’s well aware that the less the public sees the dementia patient who pretends to be president, the better. They’re going with Biden for reelection, and they know that he can only hurt his own chances by standing toe-to-toe against a man who can actually articulate a coherent sentence and defend his positions, as well as against a woman who, however loopy she may be, looks like Madame Curie next to Old Joe.

I think people would pay money to see that debate!

Hiding The Truth To Protect The Guilty

On Friday, The Epoch Times posted an article about a court case involving Seth Rich’s computer. As you remember, Seth Rich was killed in Washington, D.C., on July 10, 2016. If his death was the result of a robbery attempt, the robbers were not successful–he still had his watch, he still has his money—he still has his credit cards, and still had his phone. There are a lot of unanswered questions.

The article reports:

The FBI is asking a U.S. court to reverse its order that it produce information from Seth Rich’s laptop computer.

If the court does not, the bureau wants 66 years to produce the information.

Rich was a Democratic National Committee staffer when he was killed on a street in Washington in mid-2016. No person has ever been arrested in connection to the murder.

U.S. District Judge Amos Mazzant, an Obama appointee, ruled in September that the bureau must hand over information from the computer to Brian Huddleston, a Texas man who filed a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request for the info.

The FBI’s assertion that the privacy interest Rich’s family members hold outweighed the public interest was rejected by Mazzant, who noted the bureau cited no relevant case law supporting the argument.

But the ruling was erroneous, U.S. lawyers said in a new filing.

The bureau shouldn’t have to produce the information because of FOIA exemptions for information that are compiled for law enforcement purposes and “could reasonably be expected to disclose the identity of a confidential source,” the lawyers said in a motion for reconsideration. Another exemption, which enables agencies to withhold information that would disclose law enforcement techniques also applies, they said.

If this were a run-of-the-mill murder, why would the FBI want to keep the contents of the laptop hidden for 66 years?

The article concludes:

“If the court overrules the FBI’s motion, the FBI wants to produce records at a rate of 500 pages per month. At that rate, it will take almost 67 years just to produce the documents, never mind the images and other files,” Ty Clevenger, a lawyer representing Huddleston, told The Epoch Times in an email.

“After dealing with the FBI for five years, I now assume that the FBI is lying to me unless and until it proves otherwise. The FBI is desperately trying to hide records about Seth Rich, and that begs the question of why.”

WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange has suggested Rich leaked Democratic National Committee (DNC) files to WikiLeaks, but special counsel Robert Mueller said the real source was Russian hackers. Still, Mueller’s finding conflicts with statements from CrowdStrike, the firm hired to investigate how the DNC files were released.
