Breaking Faith With Our Veterans

This is a story you probably won’t hear anyone else. As the wife of a Navy veteran, I find it disturbing but not surprising.

On September 27th, Revolver posted the following (Shared from Twitter):

Working out at the gym this morning and a follower came up to say hi

He served in the Navy, is now 24 years old, and a very fit guy

Told me they forced him to take Moderna – he resisted but didn’t want to get discharged so he complied

Got myocarditis.

Navy discharged him anyway b/c his heart is so damaged

He’s applying for VA disability benefits and he said they’re pushing back on his vax injury saying it’s “not service related”

WHAT

This is the most heartbreaking and infuriating story I’ve heard in a long time

Not only have thousands of soldiers been severely injured by Biden’s unnecessary vax mandates, but now the VA is playing games with their livelihoods

Seeing the heartbreak in this guy’s eyes changed me

I’ll make this a core issue going into 2024 and beyond

We can’t un-inject these brave Americans, but we can certainly pay them for their injuries acquired against their will in service of our country.

It should be noted that 6 US Senators sent letter to Dept. of Veteran Affairs investigating why they’re denying disability claims for C19 vax injuries.

I will admit that I have my own gripe with the VA. My husband is a disabled veteran (nothing overly serious, but nevertheless disabled). He has access to the nearby base–commissary privileges, exchange privileges, etc. He is allowed to go on to the base to use these privileges. However, he is not allowed to bring me (his wife) on the base with him unless I get a day pass (which is a pain in the neck). This makes no sense to me. I am told it is for security purposes. Since when are wives of disabled veterans security risks. To me this is simply another example of a nation that drafted its young men into the service during the war in Vietnam and then turned its back on them.

 

Food For Thought

On Wednesday, Revolver posted an article titled, “The Definitive MAGA Legal Counter-Offensive: Striking Back Against the Regime’s Political Prosecution Spree.” There is little doubt among Americans who are paying attention that the Justice Department has been politically weaponized against Americans who do not support the Washington swamp and those in it. The article details a way to fight back against the current political prosecutions that are going on. One important point the article illustrates is that elections won’t matter if any political opposition to the party in power is silenced and/or put in jail.

The article reports:

The supposedly nonpartisan DOJ is still hunting down January 6 offenders as part of what it proudly called the “most wide-ranging investigation” in department history, then slapping those convicted with decades-long sentences. When it’s not hunting down J6ers, the DOJ is imprisoning 2016 meme-makers and, of course, indicting Trump with the Ku Klux Klan Act. Now, the DOJ has an aggressive Fani Willis acting in concert with it, charging nearly twenty Trump associates not just with Georgia election “crimes” but with a far-reaching national election conspiracy. In Michigan, the AG has targeted Trump’s alternative 2020 electors for using the same legal gambit as JFK’s Hawaii electors 60 years ago.

As we’ve pointed out repeatedly, such utter violations of the letter and spirit of an impartial legal system are the stuff of which banana republics are made. The one-sided nature of such disgraceful legal attacks is almost as offensive as the attacks themselves. The Democrats and their allies bury their hated political enemies in sham criminal indictments, and the Republicans respond so far with nothing but impotent indignation. Some wiser conservatives are voicing the uncomfortable reality that the problem will only get worse unless and until such retaliation takes place–there must be a tit for tat, a real cost associated with the Democrats’ abuse of the legal system in such an existentially destructive manner.

These are the four basic points the article lists as ways to fight back against the politicized Department of Justice:

1. Look to the biggest states

2. It’s about the process, not just the end.

3. You can do more by being media-savvy.

4. Patience

When Political Leaders Humbly Tell The Truth

Danielle Smith, the current premier of Alberta in Canada, has done something remarkable. She took the bold and unprecedented step of apologizing to unvaccinated Canadians who’ve faced unfair treatment from the government throughout the “pandemic.” But Ms. Smith actually went beyond just issuing an apology, Danielle actually made a promise: anyone who was terminated from their job due to their refusal of the COVID-19 vaccine will be reinstated.

Wow. We need some American politicians to follow suit.

The article concludes:

This apology and promise form Ms. Smith sends a powerful message to globalist elites: you were all wrong, and everybody knows it. Thanks to her humility, Danielle Smith has set a new standard in political leadership. Her acknowledgement of the horrors faced by the unvaccinated and her willingness to take responsibility for the government’s disgusting actions during the pandemic show she has the potential to be a good leader. However, the proof is in the pudding. The next time something like this happens — and you know it will — Danielle better be on the side of the people, not the government.

One of my daughters was fired for being unvaxxed.  Another daughter received the vaccine with no obvious side effects (thank God), and another daughter is self-employed and is unvaxxed having had the Covid virus before vaccines were available to her. All Americans should have the freedom to make whatever choices they want regarding any vaccine. What we saw during the Covid pandemic was medical tyranny, and we need to make sure that it does not happen again. The traditional vaccines that Americans routinely get have been tested and proven reliable for years. The Covid vaccines were rushed through and has questionable effectiveness and questionable safety. Americans need the freedom to weigh the risks and benefits of those vaccines and make individual decisions accordingly.
