This chart shows what has happened to our national security lexicon since 9/11. This is the result of recommendations from the Muslim Public Affairs Council who object to such terms as Muslim, Islam, Muslim Brotherhood, Hamas, Jihad, etc. in our national security briefings. Their objection has nothing to do with truth–it has to do with the fact that using those words in conjunction with terrorism is offensive to Muslims. To ban the use of those words puts our national security apparatus in compliance with Sharia Law. Doesn’t that make you feel secure?
