Protecting The Health Of Americans

On Monday, The Epoch Times reported that Coca-Cola will be suspending its production of Fairlife milk in America after a cyberattack.

The article reports:

Dairy company Fairlife LLC, owned by the Coca-Cola Company, suffered a cyberattack and has ceased its U.S. operations.

A portion of Fairlife’s systems was accessed by a third party, “including its production-related systems, in connection with a ransomware event,” Coca-Cola said in a July 16 statement. “After detecting the issue, the company promptly activated its incident response and business continuity protocols,” it said.

Although product quality and safety were not affected, production operations at Fairlife have been temporarily suspended, with the company clarifying that its Canadian operations are operating as usual.

The article notes:

Globally, the critical manufacturing sector faced the highest number of attacks, accounting for 22.7 percent of such incidents. This was followed by commercial facilities, IT, healthcare and public health, financial services, and legal sectors.

The U.S. government is taking action to tackle cyber threats. On June 2, President Donald Trump signed an executive order titled “Promoting Advanced Artificial Intelligence Innovation and Security.”

The order directed the establishment and expansion of federal programs and cybersecurity services that result in enhancing AI-enabled defensive tools. It called for prioritizing the cyber defense of information systems under the federal government to protect the country’s vital functions.

This is growing problem. Rightwinggranny was hacked in June of this year, and it was a mess to get it up and running again. This is a small blog and generally runs between 40,000 and 60,000 hits a day, and it got hacked. It’s a shame that people who are smart enough to hack into other peoples’ property can’t put their talents to better use!

Just Some Housekeeping

On July 3rd, this website was cyber attacked. Interestingly enough, on July 2nd, I posted an article about the January 6th videotapes and the evidence in them that contradicted what we have heard. Whether or not that was the reason for the attack, I don’t know. Obviously we have recovered, but if you have trouble getting into this website at some point, please understand that there are people who don’t want you reading the content.

On another note. Today at 1 pm there will be whistleblower testimony in Congress that will be very damaging to the Biden family. It will be interesting to see what event the press manufactures to distract the public from that testimony. My guess is that it will be the indictment and arrest of President Trump (again). Someone on Twitter pointed out that President Trump has been charged with crimes multiple times and arrested and fingerprinted, but we have not had anyone involved in the child trafficking of Jeffrey Epstein arrested.

Does A Country Have The Right To Protect Itself From Annihilation?

Yesterday One America News posted an article about a recent action by Israel regarding Iran’s nuclear program. There is little doubt that as soon as Iran has a reliable nuclear weapon with a reliable delivery system it will strike Israel. That would fit in perfectly with the religious leaders’ idea that they need to create chaos in order to hasten the return of ‘the mshdi,’ their Messianic figure.

The article reports:

Commemorating Israel’s independence day on Sunday, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu highlighted the fight against Iran’s nuclearization. This came after reports suggested Israeli hackers caused a blackout on Iran’s main nuclear enrichment facility.

Iranian officials called the blackout an act of “nuclear terror.”

However, Netanyahu called Israel’s nuclear disarmament efforts a matter of national security and regional stability.

“The fight against Iran’s nuclearization and its proxies is a massive task. The situation that exists today doesn’t mean it will be the same situation tomorrow,” Netanyahu stated. “It is very difficult to explain what we have done here, in this transition from nothingness to being the world power, yes, world power which we’ve built here.”

Creating obstacles to Iran’s nuclear program is probably the only way Israel can hope to survive as a nation. They understand that they will be the first target. A successful strike on Israel will then become Iran’s ticket to blackmailing the rest of the world with the threat of another nuclear strike.
