How Does This Work?

For those of you trying to figure out how Barack Obama is going to give refunds to 95% of taxpayers when only 60% actually pay taxes, the American Thinker has the answer.  The report of the dialog that occurred between the writer and an Obama supporter making campaign calls is amazing.  It would be funny if it were not so sad.  What we need is an informed electorate--not idol worshippers with no idea on issues.
