The world held its breath as it hope that freedom would come to that country&#8211;true freedom&#8211;including freedom of religion. Unfortunately, it hasn&#8217;t worked out that way.<\/p>\n<p>Since President Mubarak was deposed, there have been increasing attacks on the Coptic Christians, who have lived in Egypt since 42 AD. The Coptic Christians in Egypt are the largest Christian community in the Middle East.<\/p>\n<p>On Wednesday, John Hinderaker at\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.powerlineblog.com\/archives\/2011\/11\/christian-student-beaten-to-death-for-wearing-cross.php\">Power Line<\/a>\u00a0reported on the beating death of a Christian high school student in\u00a0Mallawi, Egypt. The 17-year old was ordered by his teacher to cover up a tattoo of a cross on his wrist. Instead, the student showed a cross he wore around his neck.
