{"id":832,"date":"2009-05-19T07:11:06","date_gmt":"2009-05-19T07:11:06","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.rightwinggranny.com\/?p=832"},"modified":"2009-05-19T07:11:06","modified_gmt":"2009-05-19T07:11:06","slug":"voting_with_your_feet","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.rightwinggranny.com\/?p=832","title":{"rendered":"Voting With Your Feet"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Yesterday&#8217;s <a href=\"http:\/\/online.wsj.com\/article\/SB124260067214828295.html\">Wall Street Journal<\/a>&nbsp;ran an opinion piece by <a href=\"http:\/\/online.wsj.com\/search\/search_center.html?KEYWORDS=ARTHUR+LAFFER&amp;ARTICLESEARCHQUERY_PARSER=bylineAND\"><font color=\"#093d72\">ARTHUR LAFFER<\/font><\/a> and <a href=\"http:\/\/online.wsj.com\/search\/search_center.html?KEYWORDS=STEPHEN+MOORE&amp;ARTICLESEARCHQUERY_PARSER=bylineAND\"><font color=\"#093d72\">STEPHEN MOORE<\/font><\/a>&nbsp;about the states who are planning to raise taxes to cover budget deficits.&nbsp; According to the article:<\/p>\n<blockquote dir=\"ltr\" style=\"MARGIN-RIGHT: 0px\">\n<p><em>&#8220;Lawmakers in California, Connecticut, Delaware, Illinois, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York and Oregon want to raise income tax rates on the top 1% or 2% or 5% of their citizens. New Illinois Gov.
