Their Endangerment Finding declared that greenhouse gases such as carbon dioxide \u201cendanger public health and welfare.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n

It’s time we got rid of unelected bureaucrats making regulations and replaced them with Congress (which is accountable to the people because of elections) making laws.<\/p>\n

He\u2019s right. This decision marks a turning point in the fight to revive American prosperity and make American life more affordable, at the same time as it restores constitutional government.<\/strong><\/p>\n
