She was killed by a <span class=\"css-1jxf684 r-bcqeeo r-1ttztb7 r-qvutc0 r-poiln3\"> a violent repeat offender who had been arrested 14 times and was STILL free. The North Carolina legislature passed Iryna&#8217;s Law in response to her murder. The law basically limits pretrial release of criminals. Well, evidently some judges have not learned from Iryna&#8217;s murder.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>On Tuesday, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zerohedge.com\/political\/biden-judge-releases-man-who-ordered-45k-hit-pam-bondi?fbclid=IwY2xjawNvWxNleHRuA2FlbQIxMQABHvpMFlCspS4cLXBFnLAWlk1BMFI8LZFUInb1UFb2JYs23FZa3SIvnY80U11Q_aem_AgFroOReec51hpj-oi-HOg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Zero Hedge<\/a> reported:<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><strong>A federal magistrate judge appointed during the Biden administration earlier this week released\u00a0the anarchist accused of posting a bounty targeting\u00a0Attorney General\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/headlineusa.com\/tag\/pam-bondi\">Pam Bondi<\/a>.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><strong>The judge, Douglas Micko, allowed\u00a0Tyler Maxon Avalos to be released from a Minnesota federal prison\u00a0as long as\u00a0he does not travel outside the state and undergoes GPS monitoring.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Avalos was arrested on Oct. 16 after allegedly posting a $45,000 bounty on Bondi<\/span>, alongside an image of her with a target symbol over her head.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.zerohedge.com\/s3\/files\/inline-images\/2025-10-28_05-47-03.jpg?itok=hXoY2Q8g\" data-image-external-href=\"\" data-image-href=\"\/s3\/files\/inline-images\/2025-10-28_05-47-03.jpg?itok=hXoY2Q8g\" data-link-option=\"0\"><picture><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"inline-images image-style-inline-images\" src=\"https:\/\/assets.zerohedge.com\/s3fs-public\/inline-images\/2025-10-28_05-47-03.jpg?itok=hXoY2Q8g\" alt=\"\" width=\"500\" height=\"473\" data-entity-type=\"file\" data-entity-uuid=\"6ae978e2-9223-4c03-9a5a-ea40a7256c94\" data-responsive-image-style=\"inline_images\" \/><\/picture><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><strong>&#8230;The post included the caption, \u201c*cough cough* when they don\u2019t serve us then what?\u201d\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><strong>According to prosecutors, Avalos\u2019s TikTok profile used an anarchist symbol in place of the letter \u201cA\u201d in \u201cWacko.\u201d The page also featured a link to \u201cAn Anarchist FAQ Book,\u201d according to Law and Order.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">An FBI\u00a0affidavit\u00a0detailed Avalos\u2019s lengthy criminal record, including a 2022 felony stalking conviction and a 2016 felony third-degree domestic battery.<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><strong>He was also charged in April 2016 with misdemeanor domestic assault, which was later upgraded to felony domestic assault by strangulation.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Would the judge have let loose a criminal who threatened a Democrat?
