On Friday, The Gateway Pundit<\/a> posted an article about the current Constitutional crisis the political left believes we are in.<\/p>\n

The article reports:<\/p>\n

Scott Jennings, the lone voice of reason on CNN, recently pointed out that activist judges who are being \u2018shopped\u2019 by Democrats are bringing the United States towards a real Constitutional crisis as they continually interfere with what should be the president\u2019s job.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Jennings goes so far as to suggest that if this continues, that Congress may have to intervene.<\/strong><\/p>\n

He also says, correctly, that what these judges are doing is a political ploy. It\u2019s a direct effort to try to run out the clock on Trump\u2019s presidency, just like they did with lawfare during Trump\u2019s first term.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Scott Jennings stated:<\/p>\n

Now, I do think that these individual district court judges that are being selectively shocked by people who oppose the president, trying to issue nationwide injunctions and stop the president from governing, I think that\u2019s a real problem. I mean, it\u2019s a constitutional crisis, in my opinion, for these individual district court judges to try to tie up Donald Trump. I mean, it\u2019s obvious what they\u2019re trying to do, which is to run out the clock until he\u2019s no longer in office.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s sort of what the Democrats did the first time around,\u201d Jennings continued. \u201cThey don\u2019t want him to be able to govern.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Somehow these courts were not issuing nationwide injunctions when President Obama created DACA (Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals<\/span>) or when President Biden forgave student loans he had no power to forgive.<\/p>\n

It is a disgrace that both the Republicans in Congress and the Supreme Court seem unable to find a way to stop this absurdity. If the district courts are not put back in their lane quickly, this will happen every time a President they do not approve of is elected.
