Sometimes the media spin is just so ridiculous it is funny. I am still trying to figure out how a President reining in government spending is a threat to the Constitution. It seems to me that President Trump is simply doing what he was elected to do.<\/p>\n
On Tuesday, Breitbart<\/a> posted the following:<\/p>\n Establishment media outlets appear to be laying the groundwork to impeach President Donald Trump and perhaps a few of his team members, based on the president\u2019s\u00a0purge of the so-called \u201cdeep state\u201d or administrative state.<\/strong><\/p>\n Reporters and pundits\u2019 portrayal of Trump\u2019s actions appears to be a signal for what is perhaps to come if Democrats gain control of the House in 2026.<\/strong><\/p>\n These allegations, bolstered by think tank \u201cexperts,\u201d caused some Democrat lawmakers to publicly demand the impeachment of Trump, the chief executive of the federal branch. Other Democrats, like Rep. Jamie Raskin (D-MD), suggested they should start by impeaching the president\u2019s director of DOGE, Elon Musk.<\/strong><\/p>\n Considering that President Trump’s approval is about 60 percent and the Democrats’ approval is hovering around 30 percent, the Democrats might want to rethink their strategy. Is fighting fiscal responsibility a hill they are willing to die on?<\/p>\n The article concludes:<\/p>\n The term \u201cdeep state\u201d or \u201cadministrative state\u201d describes the phenomenon of unaccountable and unelected administrative agency personnel, including the national security apparatus,\u00a0exercising<\/a>\u00a0power to create and enforce their own rules. The administrative state uses its rule-making ability to\u00a0essentially usurp the separation of powers between the three branches of government by\u00a0creating\u00a0a so-called fourth branch of government not formed by the Constitution.<\/strong><\/p>\n Many unelected bureaucrats within the administrative state also use their position to inflict their own agenda on citizens. For instance, after the \u201claptop from hell\u201d story broke in 2020, 51 intelligence officials signed a letter that insinuated Hunter Biden\u2019s laptop was Russian disinformation. Politico\u00a0peddled\u00a0the letter\u00a0under the title, \u201cHunter Biden story is Russian disinfo, dozens of former intel officials say.\u201d The 51 signatories seemingly knew the Politico\u00a0story was false at the time because the FBI had the laptop that Hunter abandoned at a Delaware computer repair shop. Former President Joe Biden cited the story during a 2020 presidential debate with Trump to discredit the laptop\u2019s contents.
