On December 30th, The Federalist<\/a> posted a list of the top ten hoaxes perpetrated by the mainstream media in 2024.<\/p>\n

Here is the list:<\/p>\n

1. Bloodbath – President Trump’s comments about the auto industry were totally taken out of content<\/h2>\n

2. War on SCOTUS – Smear attacks from ProPublica and The New York Times<\/h2>\n

3. Hiding Biden\u2019s Cognitive Decline – When videos showcasing Biden\u2019s senility went viral on social media over the summer, media hacktivists adopted<\/a> the White House\u2019s baseless claim the clips were \u201ccheap fakes.\u201d<\/h2>\n

4. Project 2025 – Claims that President Trump would institute Project 2025 if elected were not rooted in facts.<\/h2>\n

5. What\u2019s a Border Czar? – To hide Harris\u2019 incompetence from voters, left-wing journos pretended<\/a> Biden never tapped her to oversee the invasion at the U.S.-Mexico border<\/h2>\n

6. Trump\u2019s Arlington Cemetery Visit – Attacking President Trump for pictures taken when he visited Arlington National Cemetery<\/h2>\n

7. Show Me the Garbage! – Legacy media propagandists had their hands full in the closing days of the 2024 election after Biden referred<\/a> to the tens of millions of Americans who support Trump as \u201cgarbage.\u201d<\/h2>\n

8. Trump\u2019s Liz Cheney Comments – In the wake of Biden\u2019s \u201cgarbage\u201d smear, the media rushed to distort<\/a> Trump\u2019s comments to make it appear<\/a> as if he was calling for Cheney to be executed via firing squad. The disinformation operation<\/a> represented a clear attempt to smear Trump ahead of the election and boost Harris\u2019 prospects.<\/h2>\n

9. What Assassination Attempts? – After a longtime Democrat donor allegedly tried<\/a> to kill the incoming president on his Palm Beach golf course in September, left-wing propagandists at NBC News and The Washington Post downplayed the attempted murder as nothing more than an \u201cincident.\u201d<\/h2>\n

10. The Atlantic\u2019s Hitler Hysteria – In a last-ditch attempt to salvage Kamala Harris\u2019 flailing presidential bid, The Atlantic\u2019s Jeffrey Goldberg<\/a> \u2014 who ran<\/a> the debunked<\/a> 2020 \u201csuckers\u201d and losers\u201d smear \u2014 published an anonymously sourced October hit piece with claims<\/a> that Trump said he wanted \u201cthe kind of generals that Hitler had.\u201d It also contained accusations that Trump expressed anger about paying for the funeral services of a murdered Army soldier.<\/h2>\n
