The House of Representatives on Thursday voted to hold Merrick Garland in criminal contempt of Congress for defying a subpoena.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Last month two GOP-led House committees\u00a0passed resolutions<\/a>\u00a0recommending US Attorney General Merrick Garland be held in contempt of Congress for refusing to hand over audio of Biden\u2019s interview with Special Counsel Robert Hur.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Merrick Garland has reportedly \u201cclassified at the highest level\u201d the audio tapes<\/a>\u00a0of Joe Biden\u2019s embarrassing interview with Special Counsel Hur. The tapes have been locked away in a Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF), according to investigative journalist Paul Sperry.<\/strong><\/p>\n
