On Sunday, The Gateway Pundit<\/a> reported the following:<\/p>\n

Attorney General Merrick Garland has reportedly \u201cclassified at the highest level\u201d the audio tapes of Joe Biden\u2019s embarrassing interview with Special Counsel Hur. The tapes have been locked away in a Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF), according to investigative journalist Paul Sperry.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Earlier this year, Washington Post reporter Matt Viser revealed that Special Counsel Robert Hur concluded that Joe Biden recklessly mishandled sensitive materials<\/a> discovered at his home and former office.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Disturbingly, the investigation also uncovered that Biden shared government secrets with his ghostwriter, further underscoring his blatant disregard for national security.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Adding to this damning report, it was revealed that during interviews with the Special Counsel, Biden struggled to answer<\/a> even basic questions, such as when he served as Vice President or the year his son Beau passed away from brain cancer.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Keep in mind that the transcripts have already been made public. So why is the interview classified? As I have previously reported, the transcripts are not totally accurate. They have been altered (article here<\/a>). Just for the record, that is illegal.<\/p>\n

In March, Republicans planned to hold U.S. Attorney General Merrick Garland in contempt<\/a> for the Justice Department\u2019s refusal to release the audio recordings of Joe Biden\u2019s interview with Special Counsel Robert Hur.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u201cThe House Oversight and Judiciary Committees issued lawful subpoenas to Attorney General Garland for the audio recordings of President Biden\u2019s interview with Special Counsel Hur, yet he continues to defy our subpoenas,\u201d House Oversight Chairman James Comer said in a statement. \u201cThese audio recordings are important to our investigation of President Biden\u2019s willful retention of classified documents and his fitness to be President of the United States.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n

But White House counsel Ed Siskel lashed out at the House GOP<\/a> in an angry letter, accusing them of only wanting the recordings \u201cto chop them up\u201d and use them for political reasons.<\/strong><\/p>\n
