On Tuesday, The New York Post<\/a> posted an article about the supposed cease-fire that had been negotiated between Israel and Hamas. Evidently the Biden administration negotiated an agreement that they did not bother to inform Israel about. The article also reported that the agreement was to include dead hostages in the number of hostages to be released.<\/p>\n

The article reports:<\/p>\n

Hamas announced with great fanfare that it had accepted a ceasefire proposal. There were celebrations in Gaza, and the White House said it was \u201creviewing\u201d the deal.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Except: The Israelis knew\u00a0nothing<\/em>\u00a0about it.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

The supposed agreement wasn\u2019t even on the table. Hamas had changed the terms of a previous treaty to one more favorable to the terror group. To take just one horrific alteration: Rather than turn over hostages in exchange for Palestinian prisoners, Hamas would surrender\u00a0dead bodies of the hostages it had killed<\/a>.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

That Hamas would try to pull this ruse, with the help of negotiators in Egypt and Qatar, is typical. It wants to pretend that Israel was the one \u201crejecting\u201d a ceasefire it never knew about. Anti-Israel protesters in the US and a compliant media would eat it up, and they did.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Unfortunately the Biden administration does not support Israel. They have attempted to protect the terrorists since October 7th.<\/p>\n

The article also notes:<\/p>\n

But there\u2019s a shameful\u00a0twist. Axios reports that the\u00a0US was aware of the Hamas deal<\/a>\u00a0but did not brief Israeli officials.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u201cTwo Israeli officials said the feeling is that \u2018Israel got played\u2019 by the U.S. and the mediators who drafted \u2018a new deal\u2019\u00a0and weren\u2019t transparent about it,\u201d the outlet says.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Just as those same officials are willing to give Iran everything and more for the terrible nuclear deal, so Biden would \u00a0bend over backwards for Hamas if only it will placate the Israel-haters on his left.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

The article concludes:<\/p>\n

It\u2019s no wonder Israel decided to begin its Rafah operation last night. When its supposed \u201cclosest ally\u201d doesn\u2019t have its back, it has no choice. Israel must stop this threat to its existence.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Biden could have been a partner in that. Instead, he went down in ignominy as a traitor to a friend.<\/strong><\/p>\n
