I suppose it would be petty to point out that as a Senator or a private citizen he was not entitled to have those documents in his personal possession, but I guess that really doesn&#8217;t matter.<\/p>\n<p>The article reports:<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><strong>Among the reasons stated for not pressing charges was that Biden would present to the jury \u2018as sympathetic, well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory.\u2019<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>I would like to point out that this elderly man with a poor memory is President of the United States. I also question the &#8216;well-meaning&#8217; part.<\/p>\n<p>The article continues:<\/p>\n<div class=\"my-5\" style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><strong>\u201cOur investigation uncovered evidence that President Biden willfully retained and disclosed classified materials after his vice presidency when he was a private citizen,\u201d Mr. Hur <a class=\"health-article-hover-class\" href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2024\/02\/Executive-Summary.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">wrote<\/a> in a 388-page report to Attorney General Merrick Garland.<\/strong><\/div>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><strong>The materials, stated the report, included \u201cmarked classified documents about military and foreign policy in Afghanistan, and notebooks containing Mr. Biden\u2019s handwritten entries about issues of national security and foreign policy implicating sensitive intelligence sources and methods.\u201d The FBI collected these items during a search of President Biden\u2019s Wilmington, Delaware, residence last year.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This is\u00a0 unbelievable. President Trump&#8217;s house gets searched, and he gets charged while President Biden (because he is essentially considered a senile old man) gets away scot free. They searched Baron Trump&#8217;s room.
