James Clyburn, who is a co-chairman of Joe Biden\u2019s reelection campaign, recently tried to explain the president\u2019s predicament by saying that he\u2019s \u201cdelivered for the American people in such a way that nobody seems to grasp.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><strong>As campaign slogans go, that\u2019s not exactly \u201cMorning in America.\u201d But the truth is that\u00a0<em>everybody<\/em>\u00a0grasps what Biden has delivered.
