Please keep in mind that these totals are an estimate and that all material processed may not be applicable to your specific topic,\u201d the letter continues.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><strong>NARA confirmed to the Daily Caller it has identified 731 files of \u201cpotentially responsive records\u201d for the Heritage Foundation\u2019s FOIA request. The records will be reviewed by NARA in accordance with the Presidential Records Act (PRA) and the agency will determine if the records are responsive.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2023\/10\/30\/national-archives-identifies-82000-potential-records-joe-biden-fake-names\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">NARA discovered 82,000 pages of potential records<\/a>\u00a0related to Joe Biden\u2019s suspected email accounts, according to a status report NARA filed in October alongside the Southeastern Legal Foundation (SLF) for an unrelated FOIA lawsuit. As part of the SLF lawsuit,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2023\/08\/29\/national-archives-biden-emails-slf\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">NARA previously disclosed<\/a>\u00a0its possession of up to 5,400 potential email records tied to Joe Biden\u2019s apparent aliases.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>So I guess it&#8217;s okay to use aliases and secret servers if you are a Democrat.
