It\u2019s not the first time that Hamas has launched something that didn\u2019t function very well.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><strong>Since Hamas targets Israeli civilians, them \u201cshooting straight\u201d would mean killing Israeli civilians.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The article concludes:<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><strong>Squad member Rep.
