Hoover Building will be getting $34 million from the stimulus package for renovation.&nbsp; The Department of Commerce has already received more than $7 million for the ongoing renovations for this year.&nbsp; According to the article:<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The project is expected to cost $893 million by the scheduled completion date in 2021. <\/p>\n<p jquery1234013218796=\"18\">A Commerce press aide declined to let a Post photographer take pictures of the lobby&#8217;s marble floor, gold-tinted eagles and other ornaments. <\/p>\n<p jquery1234013218796=\"19\">&#8220;The renovation is needed,&#8221; the aide said, &#8220;because the [building] has not been renovated since it was built in the 1930s.
