Biden\u2019s decision to send the munitions marks the latest reversal<\/a> of U.S. policy to send weapons to the Ukrainians that had previously been deemed too sensitive.<\/strong><\/p>\n Former White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki stated<\/a> the administration\u2019s view that Russia\u2019s use of cluster munitions in the war \u201cwould potentially be a war crime\u201d in February 2022.
