Are Any High Level Democrats Paying Taxes?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>According to <a href=\"http:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/article.php?id=D9646DBG0&amp;show_article=1\">Breitbart.com<\/a>,&nbsp;Nancy Killefer has withdrawn her candidacy to be the first chief performance officer for the federal government because she failed for a year and a half to pay employment taxes on household help,&nbsp; She owed $298 in unpaid taxes, $48.69 in interest and $600 in penalties.&nbsp;&nbsp; On March 7, 2005, the D.C. Department of Employment Services&nbsp;placed a tax lien on her home,&nbsp;alleging that just three years after she left the high-powered Treasury post she began to fail to pay unemployment compensation tax for a household employee.
