It illustrates a level of ignorance and willingness to lie for political purposes I can&#8217;t even imagine.<\/p>\n<p>Just for the record, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.medicalnewstoday.com\/articles\/when-does-a-fetus-have-a-heartbeat#timeline\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Medical News Today<\/a> states:<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><strong>The heart of an embryo starts to beat from around <a class=\"content-link css-1pg8eb5\" href=\"https:\/\/www.plannedparenthood.org\/learn\/pregnancy\/pregnancy-month-by-month\/what-happens-second-month-pregnancy\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">5\u20136 weeks<\/a> of pregnancy. Also, it may be <a class=\"content-link css-1pg8eb5\" href=\"https:\/\/www.sciencedirect.com\/topics\/medicine-and-dentistry\/gestational-sac\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">possible<\/a> to see the first visible sign of the embryo, known as the fetal pole, at this stage.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><strong>The heart of a fetus is fully developed by the <a class=\"content-link css-1pg8eb5\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pmc\/articles\/PMC4996372\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">10th week<\/a> of pregnancy.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>I don&#8217;t understand why killing babies is so important to the Democrat party. I also don&#8217;t understand why they are so upset about each state now having the right to make their own laws regarding abortion. That is constitutional in accordance with the Tenth Amendment.
