On Wednesday, The Epoch Times<\/a> posted an article reporting that John Pierce Law has filed a lawsuit suiting eighteen major airlines contending that vaccine mandates were an infringement on their constitutional, religious, and medical liberties.<\/p>\n

The article reports:<\/p>\n

The lawsuit against Atlas Air was filed in federal court in the Southern District of Florida, with over 100 plaintiffs pursuing litigation.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u201cFundamentally, this case is about whether Americans should be required to choose between their livelihoods and being coerced into taking an experimental, dangerous medical treatment,\u201d reads the lawsuit (pdf<\/a>).<\/strong><\/p>\n

Plaintiffs are mostly unvaccinated pilots, flight attendants, as well as other Atlas staff.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u201cIt is also about the safety of America\u2019s airline industry. Should pilots\u2014under federal regulation required to be among the healthiest workers in the United States\u2014who have taken an experimental \u2018vaccine\u2019 that is now shown to have potentially deadly, long-term side\u00a0effects, be allowed to fly massive aircraft in our skies? While those who have (smartly) refrained from such a course be forced out of their jobs?\u201d it states.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Atlas Air is one of the industry\u2019s largest cargo carrier companies and the world\u2019s largest operator of the Boeing 747 aircraft.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The law firm was founded by Att. John Pierce, who founded the\u00a0National Constitutional Law Union<\/a>. He previously represented George Papadopoulos in connection with the 2016 \u201cRussia Hoax,\u201d reaching a dismissal<\/a> of the DNC\u2019s case and helping secure a presidential pardon. He is also currently representing defendants being charged in connection to the Jan. 6 Capitol breach.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Josh Yoder, a major airline pilot and a spokesperson for Freedom Flyers who recently supported the trucker-led<\/a>\u00a0\u201cThe People\u2019s Convoy,\u201d\u00a0says that there has been harassment, threats, intimidation, vaccine injuries, and even \u201csuicides that have come out of these mandates.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u201cWe\u2019re not doing class action. We\u2019re doing individual litigants. And the reason we\u2019re doing it that way is because so many people have been harmed and people have experienced different levels of harm. We have the unvaccinated who have been harassed, threatened, and intimidated into getting vaccinated. Then we have many people as well who got vaccinated against their will, who were coerced and forced into doing it under threat of losing their employment,\u201d Yoder said.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u201cAnd then, in addition, we have the vaccine-injured, and the numbers of vaccine-injured are growing by the day,\u201d Yoder went on, \u201cIt\u2019s just incredible what\u2019s happening with pilots.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n

Pilots have to maintain a flight physical in order to maintain their licenses.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Epoch Times<\/a> recently reported that a pilot for American Airlines, one of the top 3 largest airlines in the country, suffered a cardiac arrest between two flights, about 6 minutes after landing.<\/strong><\/p>\n

According to a group of attorneys, doctors, and other experts\u2014and\u00a0a pilot who says his career ended due to adverse reactions from a vaccine\u2014the FAA has been breaking its\u00a0own rule<\/a>\u00a0that states pilots should not fly after having taken medications that have been approved for less than a year,\u00a0The Epoch Times<\/a> reported in December.<\/strong><\/p>\n
