On Tuesday, America got a chance to see how badly the FBI has handled the Hunter Biden laptop case. This article is based on two articles–one posted by The New York Post<\/a> on Tuesday and one posted by The U.K. Daily Mail<\/a> on Tuesday and updated on Wednesday. At this point, I would like to note that The U.K. Daily Mail does a better job of reporting on politics in America than most of the American media.<\/p>\n

The U.K. Daily Mail reports:<\/p>\n

Rep. Matt Gaetz<\/a> (R-Fla.) got into a heated spat over the whereabouts of Hunter Biden<\/a>‘s laptop during a House Judiciary hearing on oversight of the FBI<\/a>‘s Cyber Division on Tuesday.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Republican firebrand used his allotted time to grill the division’s assistant director Bryan Vorndran, who repeatedly told Gaetz he didn’t have any information on where the hard drive belonging to President Joe Biden<\/a>‘s son is currently located.<\/strong><\/p>\n

At one point Gaetz tried to enter the hard drive into the Congressional record but was blocked by House Judiciary Chair Rep. Jerry Nadler (D-N.Y.), who changed his mind a short while later.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The New York Post reports:<\/p>\n

Material from Hunter Biden\u2019s infamous laptop was entered into the Congressional Record on Tuesday at the request of Rep. Matt Gaetz.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Florida Republican made the move during a hearing on oversight of the FBI\u2019s Cyber Division after its assistant director, Bryan Vorndran, testified that he didn\u2019t \u201chave any information about the Hunter Biden laptop,\u201d which the bureau seized from a Delaware repair shop<\/a> in December 2019.<\/strong><\/p>\n

House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jerry Nadler (D-NY) initially blocked Gaetz\u2019s request but relented a short time later.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Nadler\u2019s change of heart came after what Gaetz described as \u201cconsultation with majority staff.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u201cI seek unanimous consent to enter into the record of this committee, content from, files from and copies from the Hunter Biden laptop,\u201d Gaetz said.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Nadler responded, \u201cWithout objection.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n
