The Wisconsin Assembly voted unanimously in a voice vote in a privileged resolution to move forward Rep. Ramthun\u2019s resolution to reclaim Wisconsin\u2019s 10 electors for US President and Vice President who were certified under fraudulent purposes.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The voice vote was unanimous and passed the assembly earlier this evening.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The legislation will now move forward to the Wisconsin Rules Committee and to the Wisconsin Senate.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This is the next step:<\/p>\n

The resolution was privileged. This way they were able to do a vote within the session that was currently in place. And the result was all \u201cYes\u201d, a unanimous vote to move the legislation to the Rules Committee. It\u2019s in the hands of Speaker Vos, a Republican. So Speaker Vos and the rest of the representatives have ten days to answer back on whether he\u2019s going to push it to the floor for a vote. It is not clear what the Wisconsin Senate will do with it yet.<\/strong><\/p>\n

So now the legislation moves to the next level, it\u2019s still alive, and we\u2019ll see what happens in the Rules Committe led by Robin Vos. It\u2019s not a done deal, but it\u2019s the first time in Wisconsin history that a state Representative has moved to reclaim Wisconsin\u2019s 10 electoral ballots.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Ramthun\u2019s office is kicking butt and needs to be supported and thanked for doing the right thing for the people of Wisconsin and America. Regardless of where the resolution goes from here, Representative Ramthun has always kept his word to the people of Wisconsin.<\/strong><\/p>\n

I have no idea where this is going. However, it is an acknowledgement that things in Wisconsin in the 2020 election were not done correctly. That is also the situation in a number of other states. There is no constitutional way to end our current presidential nightmare, but there are many ways to protect the integrity of the vote going forward.<\/p>\n
