{"id":442,"date":"2009-01-16T14:33:00","date_gmt":"2009-01-16T14:33:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.rightwinggranny.com\/?p=442"},"modified":"2009-01-16T14:33:00","modified_gmt":"2009-01-16T14:33:00","slug":"meanwhile_back_at_the_minnesot","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.rightwinggranny.com\/?p=442","title":{"rendered":"Meanwhile, Back At The Minnesota Senate Election"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>It may be time for the next election before Minnesota sorts this one out.&nbsp; My favorite source of information about the Coleman vs Franken election (other than the Minnesota Star Tribune (which filed for reorganization in bankruptcy last night) is the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.powerlineblog.com\/archives\/2009\/01\/022564.php\">Power Line Blog<\/a>.&nbsp; They have a post up today referring to a column in yesterday&#8217;s Wall Street Journal by MIchael Stokes Paulsen arguing the unconstitutionality of the Minnesota Senate recount.&nbsp; The&nbsp;column is entitled&nbsp;&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/online.wsj.com\/article\/SB123197800446483619.html\"><strong><font color=\"#4b61a7\">&#8220;The Minnesota recount was unconstitutional.&#8221;<\/font><\/strong><\/a>&nbsp;&nbsp; His point was that there were so many inconsistencies in the way ballots were counted in the recount that the rule of all votes being equally counted was violated.&nbsp; It is disturbing that more than 25 of the reporting precincts reported more votes than registered voters.&nbsp; It brings me back to the following quote:<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;It&#8217;s not the people who vote that count.
