Dan Bongino<\/a> posted an article today listing four Biden administration proposals that use race-based criteria in the distribution of taxpayer dollars.<\/p>\n

The article reports four examples:<\/p>\n

    1. A nearly $10 billion Treasury Department mortgage-assistance initiative plans\u00a0explicitly to favor<\/a><\/u>\u00a0\u201csocially disadvantaged individuals,\u201d essentially defined as nonwhite people, in assigning the funds.<\/strong><\/li>\n
    2. A $1 billion Department of Agriculture initiative\u00a0targeting<\/a><\/u>\u00a0\u201csocially disadvantaged farmers\u201d would specifically dole out taxpayer money \u201cbased on race and ethnicity.\u201d<\/strong><\/li>\n
    3. Another USDA program would spend up to\u00a0$400 million<\/a><\/u>\u00a0to buy food from \u201clocal, regional, and socially disadvantaged farmers,\u201d with \u201csocially disadvantaged\u201d once again basically standing in for \u201cnon-white.\u201d<\/strong><\/li>\n
    4. A $10 billion Small Business Administration credit program intends to emphasize funding businesses with nonwhite ownership.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      The story comes as controversy has continued to spread<\/a> over the critical race theory, with many lawmakers across the country moving to ban the teaching of the theory in public schools over concerns that it is racially divisive.<\/strong><\/p>\n

      The Biden agenda is also set to face legal challenges, with some of his race-based initiatives already suffering setbacks in court challenges.<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \u201cThis case is about whether the government can allocate limited coronavirus relief funds based on the race and sex of the applicants,\u201d a federal judge wrote in a case challenging the Biden administration\u2019s plan to favor some races in the distribution of COVID-19 relief funds. \u201cWe hold that it cannot. It is indeed \u2018a sordid business\u2019 to divide \u2018us up by race.\u2019 And the government\u2019s attempt to do so here violates the Constitution.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n

      Discrimination based on race is illegal regardless of who is doing it and who it is against. All four of these policies need to be shot down by the courts before they see the light of day.<\/p>\n
