Yesterday The New York Post<\/a> reported that Rudy Giuliani’s law license has been temporarily suspended by a panel of New York judges. The judges suspended his law license because ‘he made false and misleading statements’ related to voter fraud in the 2020 election.’ I wonder what happens if the voter fraud in the 2020 election turns out to be true.<\/p>\n

The article reports:<\/p>\n

The ruling from the appeals court said there was \u201cuncontroverted evidence\u201d Giuliani made false statements while he was acting as legal counsel for former President Donald Trump.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u201cThese false statements were made to improperly bolster respondent\u2019s narrative that due to widespread voter fraud, victory in the 2020 United States presidential election was stolen from his client,\u201d the ruling states.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u201cWe conclude that respondent\u2019s conduct immediately threatens the public interest and warrants interim suspension from the practice of law, pending further proceedings before the Attorney Grievance Committee,\u201d they added.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Giuliani compared the suspension to Soviet Communism.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s a complete invasion of my First Amendment rights and my rights as an attorney, I\u2019m allowed to have a client,\u201d Giuliani told The Post.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u201cPresident Trump is not allowed to have a lawyer, of course it\u2019s a partisan hit. I didn\u2019t do anything wrong. There\u2019s nothing I said that a witness didn\u2019t tell me. We\u2019re getting to be like East Germany,\u201d he added.<\/strong><\/p>\n

It has become more than obvious that the Justice Department has placed a target on President Trump and anyone who has supported him. The job of the Justice Department is not to prosecute political opponents of the party in the White House, but that is exactly what they are doing. I have no idea what the solution to this is other than to vote the bums out of office, but unless we have an honest election, I am not sure we can do that. We need some patriotic Americans in Washington to stand against this–regardless of what party they belong to.
