No one expects an apology, but it would be nice if some of the falsehoods were corrected.<\/p>\n The list of misreported stories includes:<\/p>\n Trump ordered his administration to forcibly clear Lafayette Park for a \u2018photo op\u2019 at St. John\u2019s Church.<\/strong><\/p>\n COVID-19 lab-leak was just a wild Trump conspiracy.<\/strong><\/p>\n Trump didn\u2019t do anything about \u2018Russian bounties\u2019 on U.S. troops in Afghanistan.<\/strong><\/p>\n Trump told Georgia election officials to \u2018find evidence of fraud.\u2019 <\/strong><\/p>\n Trump never said there were \u201cfine people\u201d on both sides at a deadly protest in Charlottesville, Va., in 2017 in involving Antifa types and white supremacists\/neo-Nazis;<\/strong><\/p>\n He never called illegal immigrants \u201canimals\u201d;<\/strong><\/p>\n He didn\u2019t \u201cflat-out lie\u201d when he said Obama \u2018wiretapped\u2019 his 2016 campaign \u2014 Obama did do that or, at least, his administration did;<\/strong><\/p>\n One of the very first media lies \u2014 Trump \u2018removed a bust of Martin Luther King\u2019 from the Oval Office \u2014 was, at least, quickly debunked.<\/strong><\/p>\n Please follow the link to the article to read the details.
