{"id":41489,"date":"2021-03-05T11:35:02","date_gmt":"2021-03-05T16:35:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.rightwinggranny.com\/?p=41489"},"modified":"2021-03-05T11:35:02","modified_gmt":"2021-03-05T16:35:02","slug":"the-solution-to-a-fraudulent-election","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.rightwinggranny.com\/?p=41489","title":{"rendered":"The Solution To A Fraudulent Election"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>On March 4th, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theepochtimes.com\/judge-orders-new-election-after-78-percent-mail-in-ballots-found-invalid-notary-arrested-for-voter-fraud_3720930.html?utm_source=newsnoe&amp;utm_medium=email&amp;utm_campaign=breaking-2021-03-04-2\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">The Epoch Times<\/a> posted an article about a recent Mississippi election.<\/p>\n<p>The article reports:<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><strong>A <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theepochtimes.com\/t-mississippi\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Mississippi<\/a> judge ordered a new runoff election for a local election in Aberdeen after more than three-quarters of absentee ballots cast in the June Democratic runoff election were found to be invalid.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><strong>Judge Jeff Weill, in a 64-page order, said that there is evidence of fraud and criminal activity in how absentee ballots were handled, how they were counted, and actions from individuals at polling places during the runoff election held in Aberdeen, Mississippi. As a result, a new runoff election for the Ward 1 alderman seat is necessary, reported WCBI.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><strong>The judge ruled that 66 of 84 absentee ballots cast in the election, or around 78 percent, should have never been counted, according to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wcbi.com\/notary-arrested-charged-voter-fraud-connection-aberdeen-alderman-election\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">WCBI<\/a>.\u00a0Nicholas Holliday was declared the winner of the alderman seat by\u00a037 votes, while challenger\u00a0Robert Devaull challenged the results in court.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><strong>\u201cThe court is of the opinion there is probable cause that several individuals involved in the disturbances during election day at the polling precinct \u2018willfully and corruptly violated\u2019 one or more of the above criminal statutes,\u201d according to the judge.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><strong>\u201cThe court will leave to the appropriate authorities to determine whether the actions of Maurice Howard, Henry Randle and S. Nicholas Holliday amounted to prosecutable crimes,\u201d the court filings <a href=\"https:\/\/yallpolitics.com\/2021\/03\/02\/voter-fraud-incident-in-ne-mississippi-results-in-new-election\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">said,<\/a> referring to Police Chief Henry Randle and former Mayor Maurice Howard, who Weill said were involved in intimidation and harassment at the polling police on Election Day, according to evidence.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We need to take action to insure the integrity of our elections before next year&#8217;s mid-term elections.
