In a rare moment of honesty by a politician, President Biden\u2019s climate czar, John Kerry, stated that America’s reducing its carbon emissions to zero wouldn’t really make a difference in the fight against climate change. Wow. So why are we wrecking the American economy for no apparent reason? I really don’t have a problem with virtue signalling as long as it doesn’t actually harm anyone, but this is going to hurt a lot of Americans–many Americans that the Biden administration promised to help.<\/p>\n
The New York Post<\/a> posted an article<\/a> about the statement yesterday.<\/p>\n The article reports:<\/p>\n Kerry\u2019s remarks were made ahead of Biden\u2019s signing of a host of executive actions on Wednesday pushing his $2 trillion Green New Deal-inspired climate agenda<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n \u201cHe knows Paris alone is not enough,\u201d Kerry told reporters at a White House press briefing, referring to Biden re-entering the US in the Paris Climate Agreement<\/a> in one of his first acts as president.<\/strong><\/p>\n \u201cNot when almost 90 percent of all of the planet\u2019s global emissions come from outside of US borders.
