{"id":40371,"date":"2020-11-05T21:25:30","date_gmt":"2020-11-06T02:25:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.rightwinggranny.com\/?p=40371"},"modified":"2020-11-05T21:25:30","modified_gmt":"2020-11-06T02:25:30","slug":"this-shouldnt-even-be-a-question","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.rightwinggranny.com\/?p=40371","title":{"rendered":"This Shouldn&#8217;t Even Be A Question"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.theepochtimes.com\/pennsylvania-judge-guarantees-gop-observers-can-watch-ballot-counts_3566823.html?utm_source=newsnoe&amp;utm_medium=email&amp;utm_campaign=breaking-2020-11-05-2\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">The Epoch Times<\/a> is reporting the following today:<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><strong>A <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theepochtimes.com\/t-pennsylvania\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Pennsylvania<\/a> appellate court on Thursday ruled in favor of guaranteeing Republican observers the right to watch ballot counts from no more than six feet away.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><strong>Commonwealth\u00a0Judge Christine Fizzano Cannon, a Democrat, <a href=\"https:\/\/beta.documentcloud.org\/documents\/20402278-nov-5-order-reversed-remanded-010388\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">said<\/a> that effective immediately \u201call candidates, watchers, or candidate representatives be permitted to be present for the canvassing process pursuant to 25 P.S. \u00a7 2650 and\/or 25 P.S. \u00a7 3146.8 and be permitted to observe all aspects of the canvassing process within 6 feet, while adhering to all COVID-19 protocols, including, wearing masks and maintaining social distancing.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><strong>\u201cI can\u2019t stress how big a victory this is,\u201d <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theepochtimes.com\/t-president-donald-trump\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">President Donald Trump<\/a> deputy campaign manager Justin Clark told reporters on a phone call.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><strong>Campaign officials said that observers had been forced to watch ballots being counted from as far away as 100 feet.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><strong>Election officials used a barricade and some type of security guard to keep observers from getting closer,\u00a0Pam Bondi, a former Florida attorney general, told reporters in Philadelphia, outside the\u00a0Pennsylvania Convention Center, where absentee ballots are being tabulated.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>I don&#8217;t mean to be cynical here, but people who are doing things honestly generally don&#8217;t mind being watched. Unfortunately there is a reasonable chance that the Biden campaign will steal this election.
