Biden: \u201cWell, you\u2019ve been asked by the viewers who are probably Republicans who don\u2019t want me continuing to talk about what they\u2019re doing to the court right now.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n

Reporter: \u201cWell, don\u2019t the voters deserve to know?\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n

Biden: \u201cNo, they don\u2019t.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n

Rep. Jerry Nadler (D-N.Y.) wrote in a Twitter post<\/a> on Sept. 19, \u201cIf Sen. McConnell and @SenateGOP were to force through a nominee during the lame duck session\u2014before a new Senate and President can take office\u2014then the incoming Senate should immediately move to expand the Supreme Court.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n

Court packing would mean expanding the number of justices in the Supreme Court, which is currently nine. The term came into use after President Franklin Roosevelt proposed to increase the justices from nine to 15.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Both Biden and his vice-president pick, Sen. Kamala Harris (D-Calif.), refused to clarify their stance, though they were pressed repeatedly to answer the question.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Biden also refused to release a list of his potential SCOTUS nominees before the election as Trump did in 2016 and before this election.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Biden said on Oct. 8 that he\u2019ll reveal his position on \u201cpacking\u201d the U.S. Supreme Court after the election is over.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u201cYou\u2019ll know my opinion on court-packing when the election is over,\u201d Biden told reporters during a campaign event in Phoenix.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Voters need to understand that the Bidien-Harris ticket if elected will not be playing by the same rules Washington has played by for the past two hundred plus years. They are talking about packing the Supreme Court, ending gun rights for Americans, ending the Senate filibuster, and adding Washington, D.C. and Puerto Rico as states (to give them a permanent majority in the Senate). Just for the record, adding Washington, D.C. as a state requires a constitutional amendment.
