Does that mean if you eat out a lot you will get a letter from the government telling you that you are eating out too much? If this dumb idea goes into effect, I suspect the easiest way to do it would be to scan driver&#8217;s licenses. So if you need a scan-able identification to eat out, then most people will have them, so let&#8217;s use them to vote!<\/p>\n<p>The article reports:<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><strong>Washington state Governor Jay Inslee is determined to wipe out restaurants in his state.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><strong>The governor will require restaurants to keep a log, including contact information, on every customer who dines at their establishment.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><strong>Inslee also wants all restaurants to open at half capacity.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><strong>Say good-bye to dine-in restaurants!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><strong>Inslee wanted to be president.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/abcnews.go.com\/US\/washington-state-directs-restaurants-log-eat-customers-order\/story?id=70663870\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">ABC<\/a> reports:<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><strong>Restaurants in Washington state will be required to keep a log of each dine-in customer to facilitate contact tracing during phase two of the state\u2019s coronavirus reopening plans.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><strong>As part of the requirements, the log must be maintained for 30 days and must include each customer\u2019s telephone number and email address, and what time they came in to eat, according to officials.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><strong>\u201cIf you have somebody who has become sick and they were sitting right next to a person at a restaurant, to be able to identify that person could be very valuable for their health to try to save their life, and so we put that in place,\u201d Gov. Jay Inslee said Tuesday.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><strong>Eight counties within the state \u2014 Stevens, Wahkiakum, Skamania, Ferry, Pend Oreille, Columbia, Garfield, and Lincoln \u2014 have been cleared to enter phase two of the reopening process.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><strong>In order to remain open, restaurants must also meet a dozen other requirements including operating at 50% capacity or below, and seating no more than five guests at each table, according to Inslee\u2019s office.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>So if you have four children, are you supposed to leave one at home?<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Gateway Pundit posted an article today with the headline, &#8220;ID to Eat But Not to Vote: Washington Restaurants Ordered to Keep Log of All Customers, Including Contact Information.&#8221; Wow.
