Michael Flynn. Judge Sullivan said he is cancelling the hearing \u201cin view of the parties\u2019 comprehensive briefing concerning Defendant\u2019s Motion to Compel Production of Brady Material.\u201d In other words, he has all the argumentation he needs to rule on this motion.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><strong>In <a href=\"https:\/\/www.powerlineblog.com\/archives\/2019\/10\/more-bombshells-from-the-flynn-prosecution.php\"> this post<\/a>, John discussed and embedded Flynn\u2019s reply brief in support of that motion, filed by Sidney Powell. He described the evidence presented by Powell on Flynn\u2019s behalf as \u201cbombshells.\u201d I think that\u2019s a fair characterization.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><strong>The cancellation of oral argument tells us that Judge Sullivan is ready to rule, but not what his ruling will be. I understand, though, that Gen. Flynn\u2019s legal team considers today\u2019s order by Sullivan good news. Its comprehensive discussion of prosecutorial abuse in this matter stands unrebutted.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Sidney Powell has done an amazing job for General Flynn. She has uncovered evidence that indicates prosecutorial abuse and other unusual happenings in the charges brought against him. Hopefully the charges against him will be dropped, and those responsible will be forced to pay restitution. It is a sad day in America when an innocent man who has devoted his life to serving his country loses his house in his battle to prove his innocence.
