A Friday report claimed there are nearly 600 security incidents that violated agency policies.<\/p>\n<p>The article reports:<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><strong>38 individuals were found to be culpable for 91 security violations and will soon face disciplinary action. Another 497 violations occurred without attribution to the individuals responsible.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><strong>The investigation was looking into whether Clinton\u2019s use of a private server failed to properly safeguard classified information. Clinton submitted over 30,000 emails for review after the State Department found top secret content in a handful of her correspondences.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><strong>Back in 2016, former FBI Director James Comey called the conduct \u201cextremely careless,\u201d but fell short of recommending charges against the former presidential candidate.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The article concludes:<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><strong>In the latest probe, investigators determined Clinton\u2019s conduct represented an increased degree of risk to the State Department. However, they emphasized there was \u201cno persuasive evidence of systemic, deliberate mishandling of classified information.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>I disagree. Setting up a private server was a &#8220;<strong>systemic, deliberate mishandling of classified information.\u201d<\/strong> We know from previous reports that the server was hacked and that at least one foreign intelligence agency received everything that traveled through the server in real time. People lost their lives because of what was on that private server. If equal justice under the law still applies in America, Hillary Clinton belongs in jail.
