Yemen is know to be a hotbed of terrorism.<\/p>\n<p>The article reports:<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>Moayad Heider Mohammad Aldairi, 31, was given an arrest warrant followed by a criminal complaint on May 29 for the supposed smuggling trips through the Texas border between July 1, 2017 and December 12, 2017, the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.justice.gov\/opa\/pr\/jordanian-national-arrested-new-york-face-charges-conspiracy-bring-aliens-united-states\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">DOJ<\/a> reported Monday.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>Aldairi was also a Mexican citizen and conspired with others who wanted to smuggle \u201cSpecial Interest Aliens\u201d across the border, according to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.justice.gov\/opa\/press-release\/file\/1083816\/download\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">complaint<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>&#8230;\u201cThe HSI (Homeland Security Investigations) interviews with the six (6) detained Yemenis revealed that each of them paid ALDAIRI varying amounts to be smuggled into the United States from Mexico,\u201d the complaint said.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>\u201cAlien smuggling puts our national security at risk, and the Criminal Division is dedicated to enforcing our immigration laws and disrupting the flow of illegal aliens into the United States,\u201d Assistant Attorney General Benczkowski said, according to the DOJ press release.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Does any thinking person believe that potential terrorists are not taking advantage of our porous borders&#8211;both north and south?<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Daily Caller reported yesterday that a Jordanian national who allegedly smuggled six Yemeni citizens into the U.S. from Mexico was arrested Saturday.
