The Gateway Pundit<\/a> posted an article today about some conflicts of interest that should have disqualified Robert Mueller<\/a> from becoming Special Prosecutor<\/a>. The article provides insight into the networks currently found in the deep state.<\/p>\n

The article reminds us of requirements of the Special Prosecutor:<\/p>\n

(b)<\/span> The Attorney General shall consult with the Assistant Attorney General<\/a> for Administration to ensure an appropriate method of appointment, and to ensure that a Special Counsel undergoes an appropriate background investigation and a detailed review of ethics and conflicts of interest issues. A Special Counsel shall be appointed as a \u201cconfidential employee\u201d as defined in 5 U.S.C. 7511(b)(2)(C)<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Robert Mueller has a number of conflict of interest issues:<\/p>\n

Mueller is best friends with James Comey<\/a> who was and is a key player in the FISA and Trump scandals.<\/strong><\/p>\n

…Mueller was the FBI Director<\/a> during the Uranium One scandal. He even delivered uranium to Russia<\/a> on an airport tarmac in Europe per Hillary Clinton<\/a>\u2019s instructions!<\/strong><\/p>\n

According to Big League Politics<\/a>:<\/p>\n

Robert Mueller worked for WilmerHale<\/a> \u2014 the very firm representing Paul Manafort<\/a> \u2014 when Rod Rosenstein contacted Mueller to give him the go-ahead to investigate Manafort for suspected Russia ties. That should have come up in any fair (and legally required) background check that Rosenstein should have done on Mueller.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Mueller was a partner at WilmerHale when he switched over to become Special Counsel, and he has brought members of the WilmerHale team over to his federal investigation team.<\/strong><\/p>\n

So Mueller was working for the firm representing Manafort at the time he was given the green light to investigate Manafort. This is just a little bit too cozy.<\/p>\n
