It is no secret that the percentage of Americans who get their news from said mainstream media do not like President Trump. So all you need to do to create a <a class=\"zem_slink\" title=\"Bestseller\" href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Bestseller\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener wikipedia\">best selling book<\/a> is say horrible things about the President and those around him. Those things don&#8217;t have to be true&#8211;you can even say in your introduction to the book that they might not be true&#8211;it doesn&#8217;t matter&#8211;you should have a best seller on your hands. Well, maybe. But what if you are dealing with people who understand the media?<\/p>\n<p>Yesterday <a href=\"http:\/\/www.thegatewaypundit.com\/2018\/01\/breaking-wikileaks-downloads-entire-fire-fury-anti-trump-book-online\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">The Gateway Pundit<\/a> reported that <a class=\"zem_slink\" title=\"Wikileaks\" href=\"http:\/\/wikileaks.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"homepage noopener\">Wikileaks<\/a> has provided a leak to the book &#8220;Fire and Fury&#8221; by <a class=\"zem_slink\" title=\"Michael Wolff\" href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Michael_Wolff\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener wikipedia\">Michael Wolff<\/a>.
