CBS New York<\/a> reported on the bombing at New York<\/a>‘s Port Authority this morning. Fox News<\/a> also posted a story.<\/p>\n

This is how Fox News describes the suspect:<\/p>\n

Ullah (Akayed Ullah) lived in Brooklyn<\/a> after he entered the U.S. in 2011 from Bangladesh<\/a> on a chain migration visa, Department of Homeland Security<\/a> Press Secretary Tyler Houlton said in a statement.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

The\u00a0DHS<\/a>\u00a0said Ullah came to the U.S. on an F43 visa, a preferential visa available for those with family in the U.S. who are citizens.<\/strong><\/p>\n

He was considered a “Lawful Permanent Resident<\/a> from Bangladesh,” Houlton told Fox News.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

This is how CBS New York describes the suspect:<\/p>\n

Ullah is from Bangladesh. He arrived in the United States<\/a> in February of 2011 and had a visa. He came in with his parents and 3-4 siblings and subsequently obtained a Green Card and became a permanent U.S. resident. Neighbors said he lived in a two-story brick house on East 48th Street<\/a> in Brooklyn with parents and a brother, WCBS 880\u2019s Peter Haskell<\/a> reported.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Somehow CBS forgot the chain migration aspect of Mr. Ullah’s arrival in America.<\/p>\n
