The Daily Signal<\/a> posted an article today about the President’s<\/a> election commission that is investigating voter fraud.<\/p>\n

The article reports:<\/p>\n

Many of the states refusing to cooperate with President Donald Trump<\/a>\u2019s election commission aren\u2019t in compliance with federal law on maintaining voter registration<\/a> lists, according to government watchdog groups.<\/strong><\/p>\n

So far, 18 states<\/a> and the District of Columbia<\/a> have declined or are still considering whether to provide election data to the Presidential Advisory Commission on Election Integrity, established in May<\/a> to examine and prevent voter fraud, among other concerns.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The commission requested voter registration data from every state and the District and 14 states include counties where registered voters outnumbered eligible voters based on Census Bureau data, according to findings from Judicial Watch<\/a>, a conservative legal group.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The 1993 ‘motor voter law<\/a>‘ requires states to purge their voter rolls of ineligible voters periodically.<\/p>\n

Kentucky, a decisively red state in previous elections, had the most counties where registered voters outnumber eligible voters. California, a strongly blue state, also had significant problems, according to findings from Judicial Watch and the Public Interest Legal Foundation, both conservative watchdog groups.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Other states that outright refuse to cooperate with the commission are Connecticut, Delaware, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Mexico, North Dakota<\/a>, South Carolina<\/a>, Tennessee, Vermont, Virginia, and Wyoming.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The states of Arizona, Illinois, and Indiana are still undecided.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u201cOverall, in most of the states not providing information to the commission, there are a significant number of counties with problems,\u201d Robert Popper<\/a>, senior attorney for Judicial Watch\u2019s Election Integrity Project, told The Daily Signal.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Common sense tells us that if registered voters outnumber eligible voters in a county, there is a problem. Every fraudulent vote cast in an elections voids the vote of a legitimate voter.
