This will be the first refinery built in America in forty years.<\/p>\n<p>The article reports:<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>It will be developed in two phases and is expected to create hundreds of jobs.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>Once completed, the 126-acre refinery will be able to process 10-thousand barrels of <a class=\"zem_slink\" title=\"Petroleum\" href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Petroleum\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener wikipedia\">crude oil<\/a> each day.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>Meanwhile, officials plan to file permits for a <a class=\"zem_slink\" title=\"Second unit\" href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Second_unit\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener wikipedia\">second unit<\/a> which would be able to produce 100-thousand barrels.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>The first phase of the project is expected to be completed by the end of 2018.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Like it or not, the <a class=\"zem_slink\" title=\"World economy\" href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/World_economy\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener wikipedia\">world economy<\/a> is <a class=\"zem_slink\" title=\"Carbon-based life\" href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Carbon-based_life\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener wikipedia\">carbon-based<\/a>. Until someone comes up with a source of <a class=\"zem_slink\" title=\"Sustainable energy\" href=\"http:\/\/maps.google.com\/maps?ll=38.0308333333,-7.62277777778&amp;spn=0.01,0.01&amp;q=38.0308333333,-7.62277777778 (Sustainable%20energy)&amp;t=h\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"geolocation noopener\">green energy<\/a> that is reliable and does not have to be backed up by carbon-based energy, the world economy will continue to be carbon-based. If the free market is allowed to function, we may actually come up with a workable form of green energy in the future. Until then, the search for and use of green energy is somewhat like man&#8217;s search for a perpetual motion machine.
