Well, they are still using the same playbook&#8211;even out of office.<\/p>\n<p>The following is a Press Release from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.judicialwatch.org\/press-room\/press-releases\/fbi-finds-30-pages-clinton-lynch-tarmac-meeting-documents-wants-six-weeks-turn-docs\/?utm_source=facebook.com&amp;utm_medium=social&amp;utm_campaign=press%20release\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Judicial Watch<\/a> today:<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"CWH2SP\"><a title=\"FBI Finds 30 Pages of Clinton-Lynch Tarmac Meeting Documents \u2013 Wants Six Weeks to Turn Over Docs - Judicial Watch\" href=\"https:\/\/www.judicialwatch.org\/press-room\/press-releases\/fbi-finds-30-pages-clinton-lynch-tarmac-meeting-documents-wants-six-weeks-turn-docs\/\">FBI Finds 30 Pages of Clinton-Lynch Tarmac Meeting Documents \u2013 Wants Six Weeks to Turn Over Docs<\/a><\/h2>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>(Washington, DC) \u2013 Judicial Watch was informed yesterday by the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) that the FBI has located 30 pages of documents related to the June 27, 2016, tarmac meeting between former Attorney General Loretta Lynch and former President Bill Clinton, and proposes non-exempt material be produced no later than November 30, 2017 (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.judicialwatch.org\/document-archive\/jw-v-doj-hillary-clinton-302s-complaint-02046\/\"><em>Judicial Watch v. U.S. Department of Justice<\/em><\/a>\u00a0(No. 1:16-cv-02046)).<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>The new documents are being sent to Judicial Watch in response to a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit filed after the Justice Department failed to comply with a July 7, 2016, FOIA request seeking the following:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>All FD-302 forms prepared pursuant to the Federal Bureau of Investigation\u2019s investigation of former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton\u2019s use of a private e-mail server during her tenure.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>All records of communications between any agent, employee, or representative of the Federal Bureau of Investigation regarding, concerning, or related to the aforementioned investigation. This request includes, but is not limited to, any related communications with any official, employee, or representative of the Department of Justice, the Executive Office of the President, the Democratic National Committee, and\/or the presidential campaign of Hillary Clinton.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>All records related to the meeting between Attorney General Lynch and former President Bill Clinton on June 27, 2016.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>The FBI <a href=\"https:\/\/www.judicialwatch.org\/document-archive\/fbis-oct-21-2016-letter-tarmac\/\">originally informed<\/a> Judicial Watch they did not locate any records related to the tarmac meeting.\u00a0 However, in a related <a href=\"https:\/\/www.judicialwatch.org\/press-room\/press-releases\/judicial-watch-justice-department-blacks-talking-points-lynch-clinton-tarmac-meeting\/\">case<\/a>, the Justice Department located <a href=\"https:\/\/www.judicialwatch.org\/document-archive\/jw-v-doj-clinton-lynch-meeting-production-2-00421-pg-99-pg-151\/\">emails<\/a> in which Justice Department officials communicated with the FBI and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.judicialwatch.org\/document-archive\/jw-v-doj-clinton-lynch-meeting-production-2-00421-pg-167-172-pg-256\/\">wrote<\/a> that they had communicated with the FBI.\u00a0 As a result, by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.judicialwatch.org\/document-archive\/fbis-august-10-2017-letter-tarmac\/\">letter<\/a> dated August 10, 2017, from the FBI stated, \u201cUpon further review, we subsequently determined potentially responsive documents may exist. As a result, your [FOIA] request has been reopened\u2026\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>(Surprisingly, the Trump Justice Department <a href=\"https:\/\/www.judicialwatch.org\/press-room\/press-releases\/judicial-watch-justice-department-blacks-talking-points-lynch-clinton-tarmac-meeting\/\">refuses to disclose<\/a> the talking points developed by the Obama Justice Department to help it respond to press inquiries about the controversial June 27, 2016, tarmac meeting between Loretta Lynch and Bill Clinton at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport.)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>On June 27, 2016, Attorney General Loretta Lynch <a class=\"extl\" href=\"http:\/\/www.abc15.com\/news\/region-phoenix-metro\/central-phoenix\/loretta-lynch-bill-clinton-meet-privately-in-phoenix\">met privately<\/a>\u00a0with former President Bill Clinton on board a parked private plane at Sky Harbor International Airport in Phoenix, Arizona. The meeting occurred during the then-ongoing investigation of Mrs. Clinton\u2019s email server, and mere hours before the Benghazi report was released publicly involving both Mrs. Clinton and the Obama administration. Judicial Watch filed\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.judicialwatch.org\/press-room\/press-releases\/judicial-watch-asks-justice-inspector-general-investigate-loretta-lynch-bill-clinton-meeting\/\">a request<\/a>\u00a0on June 30 that the U.S. Department of Justice Office of the Inspector General investigate that meeting.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>\u201cThe FBI is out of control. It is stunning that the FBI \u2018found\u2019 these Clinton-Lynch tarmac records only after we caught the agency hiding them in another lawsuit,\u201d stated Judicial Watch Tom Fitton. \u201cJudicial Watch will continue to press for answers about the FBI\u2019s document games in court. In the meantime, the FBI should stop the stonewall and release these new records immediately.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>This case has also forced the FBI to release to the public the FBI\u2019s Clinton investigative file, although more than half of the records remain withheld.\u00a0 The FBI has also told Judicial Watch that it anticipates completing the processing of these materials by July 2018.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>There is significant controversy about whether the FBI and Obama Justice Department investigation gave Clinton and other witnesses and potential targets preferential treatment.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>The Obama administration extended numerous immunity agreements, including: Clinton\u2019s former Chief of Staff Cheryl Mills; John Bentel, former director of the State Department\u2019s Office of Information Resources Management; Heather Samuelson, Clinton\u2019s executive assistant; Brian Pagliano, an IT employee at the State Department who serviced the Clinton non-government server; and an employee at Platt River Networks, the company that maintained it.\u00a0 It is not clear whether Hillary Clinton received some type of immunity.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>In 2015, a political action committee run by McAuliffe, a close friend and political supporter of Bill and Hillary Clinton, donated nearly $500,000 to Jill McCabe, wife of McCabe, who was then running for the Virginia State Senate. Also, the Virginia Democratic Party, over which McAuliffe had significant influence, donated an additional $207,788 to the Jill McCabe campaign. In July 2015, Andrew McCabe was in charge of the FBI\u2019s Washington, DC, field office, which provided personnel resources to the Clinton email probe.\u00a0 Judicial Watch has <a href=\"https:\/\/www.judicialwatch.org\/press-room\/press-releases\/retired-fbi-special-sues-justice-department-records-top-fbi-official-ties-top-clinton-ally\/\">several lawsuits<\/a> about this McCabe\/FBI\/Clinton scandal.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Is anyone really surprised? Every day we see another example of the deep state and the damage it has done to America. It is a living lesson illustrating the reason we still have a lot of swamp draining to do in Washington.
