Year-to-year, the Chiefs<\/a>\u2019 fourth straight win this season dipped 8% in the early numbers from the comparable Minnesota Vikings<\/a>\u2019 24-10 win over the New York Giant<\/a> on October 3, 2016 \u2013 a season of sliding ratings that the NFL wants to forget, but may repeat.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n

Football fans generally respect their flag.<\/p>\n

This is Colin Kaepernick<\/a>‘s original statement as the why he was kneeling:<\/p>\n

“I am not going to stand up to show pride in a flag for a country that oppresses black people<\/a> and people of color<\/a>,” Kaepernick told NFL Media in an exclusive interview after the game. “To me, this is bigger than football and it would be selfish on my part to look the other way. There are bodies in the street and people getting paid leave and getting away with murder.”<\/strong><\/p>\n
