It states:<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong> \u201cThe <a class=\"zem_slink\" title=\"National anthem\" href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/National_anthem\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"wikipedia noopener\">National Anthem<\/a><span class=\"text_exposed_show\"> must be played prior to every NFL game, and all players must be on the sideline for <a class=\"zem_slink\" title=\"The Star-Spangled Banner\" href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/The_Star-Spangled_Banner\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"wikipedia noopener\">the National Anthem<\/a>.<br \/>\n\u201cDuring the National Anthem, players on the field and bench area should stand at attention, face the flag, hold helmets in their left hand, and refrain from talking. The home team should ensure that the <a class=\"zem_slink\" title=\"Flag of the United States\" href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Flag_of_the_United_States\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"wikipedia noopener\">American flag<\/a> is in good condition&#8230;<br \/>\n&#8230;It should be pointed out to players and coaches that we continue to be judged by the public in this area of respect for the flag and our country.
